[0:11] 11:00 in the East. We want to get you up
[0:12] to date on the important developments
[0:14] tonight on the ground on the ground in
[0:17] Afghanistan. Uh here again CNN's
[0:19] military affairs correspondent Jamie
[0:21] McIntyre at the Pentagon. Uh Jamie, why
[0:24] don't you lay it out what happened?
[0:26] Well, tonight we saw the first uh ground
[0:28] combat in Afghanistan as elite US Army
[0:31] troops, uh US Army Rangers part of a uh

[1:25] kind of helicopters and specifically
[1:27] what equipment was used. We do know that
[1:30] at least two American servicemen lost
[1:32] their lives in this operation, not in
[1:34] Afghanistan, but in a helicopter crash
[1:37] in Pakistan, a search and rescue
[1:39] helicopter that was standing by to
[1:41] assist if the combat for
