[20:20] upon my heart a message this morning if

[20:21] you're here Wednesday night uh we gave

[20:24] you the title don't pray for a burd for

[20:30] Souls don't pray for a burden for Souls

[20:34] so we're going to talk about that

[20:35] tonight Matthew chapter 9 if you're able

[20:37] to would you please stand and honor the

[20:39] word of God we're going to read verses

[20:40] 35 to 38 if you're able verses 35 to

[20:46] 38 and Jesus went about all the cities

[20:51] and Villages teaching in their

[20:54] synagogues and preaching the gospel of

[20:57] the Kingdom and healing every sickness

[21:01] and every disease among the people but

[21:06] when he saw the multitudes he was moved

[21:10] with compassion on them because they

[21:14] fainted and were scattered abroad as

[21:17] sheep having no

[21:21] Shepherd then saith he unto his

[21:24] disciples the Harvest truly is plenteous

[21:28] but the laborers are few pray ye

[21:32] therefore the lord of the Harvest that

[21:35] he will send forth laborers into his

[21:40] Harvest many times we get evangelism

[21:44] backwards so we're going to talk about

[21:46] it this morning and I pray with the

[21:48] Lord's help we'll be able to articulate

[21:51] what God has for us

[21:53] today Jesus here he's in his ministry

[21:56] time he's in Galilee and the northern

[21:58] Galilean Ministry and we're excited to

[22:00] follow

[22:02] Jesus we all should we should learn from

[22:06] him how to live for him we should learn

[22:10] from him how to live for him so let's go

[22:13] Lord in prayer this morning dear

[22:14] heavenly father Lord we're thankful for

[22:17] you Lord I'm thankful that you saved me

[22:21] Lord I'm thankful that you called me

[22:22] into Ministry and Lord I'm thankful for

[22:24] you this morning Lord I pray this

[22:27] morning if you would

[22:29] please cleanse me of sin Empty Me of

[22:33] myself that I might get out of the way

[22:36] this morning and you would be glorified

[22:39] and you will be the center of all things

[22:41] said and done today Lord if there's

[22:44] someone here today that does not know

[22:46] you as Savior May today be their day of

[22:50] salvation Lord in your name we pray amen

[22:56] seated Jesus is in his G in Ministry and

[23:00] he's been traveling through preaching

[23:03] and teaching he's come through this

[23:05] chapter and he's healed many people and

[23:08] in verse 35 Jesus he went about all the

[23:12] cities and Villages teaching in their

[23:16] synagogues so every little town had a

[23:19] synagogue they had the temple in

[23:22] Jerusalem where they'd go to worship but

[23:24] every little town had its own little

[23:26] synagogue or Community Center where

[23:28] where they'd gather together to worship

[23:29] on Saturday and they talk about the

[23:32] things of God and Jesus would go to

[23:35] these little towns growing up in

[23:37] Nazareth in a small town and so he was

[23:39] used to traveling to these smaller town

[23:42] synagogues and attending there and then

[23:45] now in his ministry preaching and

[23:46] teaching

[23:48] there it's different in a small town

[23:52] than it is in a large Metropolitan town

[23:55] I had the opportunity growing up to live

[23:57] in a small Town environment when I was

[24:01] living in traler Indiana not Trafalger

[24:04] England Trafalger Indiana we had a

[24:07] booming population of 750 people very

[24:13] large Metropolitan

[24:15] Town actually I think there was more

[24:17] cattle than there was people but we grew

[24:20] up in a town of 750

[24:22] people everybody knew

[24:25] everybody because there's only one gas

[24:27] station there was only one grocery store

[24:31] and three

[24:32] restaurants and so everybody knew

[24:35] everybody and there was a large

[24:37] Metropolitan town just about three or

[24:39] four miles away called morgant toown

[24:41] Indiana and it was twice the size of

[24:44] traler it had 1500 people was twice the

[24:48] size so we grew up in a small town

[24:50] environment there there's a post office

[24:52] you go to the Post Office everybody in

[24:54] the post office knows you you go to the

[24:56] gas station the people at the gas

[24:57] station they know you the people at the

[25:00] grocery store they know you you walk in

[25:02] the door they call you by name they know

[25:04] you there a small town environment and

[25:07] then the Lord moved us uh after that I

[25:10] came to live in Oklahoma

[25:13] City more than 750 people more than 1500

[25:17] people a lot more

[25:20] people and so the the environment

[25:23] changed and the church life changed and

[25:26] you know when Jesus was working here in

[25:28] his ministry in the northern Galilee

[25:30] area he would travel around this area

[25:33] and he would preach and teach in each

[25:35] location that he attended to so our

[25:38] Bible tells us in verse 35 that Jesus

[25:40] went about all the cities and Villages

[25:44] teaching in their synagogues he went to

[25:47] all the little ones all the cities all

[25:49] the villages he went to Jerusalem at

[25:51] other times he went to the larger cities

[25:53] he went to every city and he had a heart

[25:55] for the people so Jesus went to all the

[25:59] cities and all the villages and the

[26:01] priority of his ministry is found in

[26:03] verse 35 where he is teaching and

[26:06] preaching notice if you would he goes in

[26:08] their cities but teaching in their

[26:10] synagogues and preaching the gospel of

[26:13] the Kingdom now many of you know as we

[26:16] went through our Series in Matthew last

[26:18] year and we'll get back into it Lord

[26:19] willing later this year that the theme

[26:22] of Matthew is that Jesus is

[26:25] King and so he's preaching about him

[26:28] being the king and the kingdom and how

[26:30] to get into the kingdom and he's

[26:32] preaching and teaching the gospel the

[26:34] good news of the Kingdom so Jesus is

[26:36] traveling around teaching and preaching

[26:38] that's the priority of his ministry but

[26:41] also it says in verse 35 and healing

[26:46] every sickness and every disease among

[26:50] the

[26:51] people now Jesus is preaching and

[26:54] teaching but he's also healing every

[26:56] sickness among the people people so he's

[26:59] physically helping them as well as

[27:01] spiritually helping them it's been sad

[27:05] people don't know how much you don't

[27:07] care what you know till they know how

[27:08] much you care and Jesus had the

[27:11] opportunity here to heal every sickness

[27:14] and the people's physical needs that

[27:15] they were at sometimes in in life that

[27:18] we minister to people and sometimes when

[27:22] a person's hungry and they haven't eaten

[27:24] in

[27:24] weeks they're not really interested in

[27:27] you sharing the gospel with them

[27:30] yet but if you feed them and then share

[27:33] the

[27:35] gospel the first distractions taken

[27:39] away and so there's an opportunity here

[27:41] Jesus is ministering to their physical

[27:43] needs as well as their spiritual needs

[27:46] now you can get it out of order real

[27:48] easy you can get focused on just feeding

[27:51] people uh having an orphanage or some

[27:54] other type of ministry that it's just

[27:56] about the physical and leave out the

[27:57] gospel

[27:59] and that's not the way God wants it

[28:01] done if you're going to do it you're

[28:03] going to have to have both parts the

[28:05] gospel Ministry is there so there's this

[28:07] priority of Ministry of gospel and

[28:09] teaching and he's healing and the the

[28:12] diseases and the

[28:14] sicknesses so he's going about city

[28:16] after City Village after Village he's

[28:18] doing the same thing preaching the

[28:20] gospel of the Kingdom he's teaching them

[28:23] and he's healing every manner of

[28:24] sickness and

[28:26] disease verse 36

[28:29] but when he

[28:32] saw the what's the next word there

[28:38] multitudes you know Jesus is limited

[28:42] while he was on

[28:44] Earth while he was on Earth he couldn't

[28:46] be in every place at the same

[28:48] time he limited himself to being in one

[28:51] place at one time he's God

[28:54] Amen God is everpresent God he can be

[28:57] any where at any time but Jesus while he

[29:01] was on the earth he limited himself to

[29:02] being in one place at one time he

[29:06] limited himself to his physical body

[29:08] which means he got tired he got hungry

[29:12] he needed to eat he needed to

[29:15] sleep so he sees the

[29:19] multitudes it's amazing to me as we

[29:21] think about it there's always more to do

[29:25] than you can do

[29:28] when it comes to serving the lord

[29:30] there's always more people that need the

[29:34] Lord than there are time to bring people

[29:37] to the Lord and so he's focusing in he

[29:41] sees the multitude of

[29:44] people and he's moved with compassion on

[29:48] them he's moved with compassion on

[29:52] them because the Bible says they fainted

[29:56] and were scattered abroad a sheep having

[29:59] no

[30:00] Shepherd now he's not talking there were

[30:02] people passing out he's talking about

[30:04] they're spiritually fainting they're

[30:06] spiritually weak they're spiritually

[30:09] distraught they fainted and they were

[30:11] scattered abroad to sheep having no

[30:12] Shepherd they're religious people but

[30:15] they don't have a relationship with God

[30:17] and he's moved by

[30:20] that because he sees how they

[30:23] are so his response in verse

[30:26] 37 he say unto his disciples the

[30:30] Harvest truly is

[30:34] plenteous but the

[30:35] laborers are

[30:39] few you ever wondered why he used the

[30:42] word

[30:44] Harvest Harvest happen at a specific

[30:51] time it's true you don't Harvest all

[30:55] year

[30:56] long there's a season

[30:58] a season of

[31:00] harvest so the season of harvest is

[31:04] plenteous but the laborers are

[31:08] few then he tells him to pray ye

[31:12] therefore the lord of the

[31:15] Harvest so pray to the Lord of the souls

[31:18] the Harvest of souls pray for the lord

[31:20] of the Harvest that he will send forth

[31:24] laborers into his Harvest

[31:28] so he tells his disciples disciples the

[31:32] Harvest truly is plenteous the laborers

[31:35] are few pray ye therefore the lord of

[31:38] the Harvest that he'll send forth

[31:39] laborers into his Harvest not their

[31:44] Harvest it's his

[31:47] Harvest so he tells them to

[31:50] pray so when we look at Jesus In this

[31:54] passage we see what happens

[31:58] and I think it's a great pattern for us

[32:01] to follow

[32:02] after many times there are those who say

[32:06] Lord would you give me a burden for

[32:09] people to be saved Lord would you give

[32:12] me a burden and if you give me a burden

[32:15] God I'll

[32:17] go give me a burden and I'll

[32:21] go but Jesus

[32:24] went and then he saw

[32:28] and then he got the

[32:30] burden he was moved with compassion when

[32:33] he saw them he went he

[32:37] saw and then he got

[32:39] burdened was moved with

[32:43] compassion many times in our Christian

[32:45] Life when we know that we're

[32:48] saved we know that God miraculously

[32:51] saved us amen and we're on our way to

[32:54] heaven and other people want God wants

[32:57] them to go to heaven

[32:58] he came to seek and to save that which

[33:01] was

[33:01] lost he cares about

[33:05] souls and he's still the lord of the

[33:07] Harvest he's still calling laborers into

[33:11] his

[33:12] harvest the problem is that many times

[33:15] the laborers are saying God give me a

[33:18] burden and then I'll

[33:22] go years ago I had an opportunity I'd

[33:26] been out of Bible college for a while

[33:27] and we had come back to visit my family

[33:30] here in Oklahoma we were in Indiana at

[33:32] the time I had an opportunity to preach

[33:34] to a class of Bible college students in

[33:37] a Sunday school

[33:39] class and I reminded them of this truth

[33:43] out of Isaiah chapter 6 that a called

[33:46] person sees

[33:49] differently Isaiah chapter 6 Isaias

[33:52] volunteers here in my Lord send me and

[33:55] he sees God differently and his SE God

[33:59] differently you don't have to wait for a

[34:02] title on the door that says Pastor or

[34:04] youth pastor before you get concerned

[34:06] about souls you don't have to go to the

[34:08] mission field first before you say well

[34:11] I'm going to go on deputation I'm going

[34:12] to raise money and then when I get there

[34:15] then I'm going to start telling people

[34:16] about Jesus no you got to do it before

[34:19] you

[34:21] go so when you walk outside you see

[34:25] people here in El Reno

[34:28] Yukon

[34:30] minko cou met surrounding areas when you

[34:33] see people does it move

[34:36] you does it move

[34:40] you if it doesn't why

[34:43] not why doesn't it move

[34:48] you why doesn't it when you see people

[34:51] why why doesn't it burden you about

[34:53] their

[34:56] soul why

[34:59] not when we see people it should cause a

[35:02] burden in our

[35:03] soul to see

[35:06] them and know

[35:08] that they're spending eternity

[35:12] somewhere and God's looking for

[35:15] Laborers he's looking for people to

[35:18] go he's calling people into the

[35:22] Harvest but too often we pray for a

[35:25] burden before we're willing to go

[35:29] one of the struggles that many churches

[35:31] deal

[35:32] with is people wanting to

[35:37] go they want people struggling to go

[35:39] share the gospel with

[35:43] people why well I just don't have a

[35:46] burden for

[35:47] it why don't you have a burden for lost

[35:53] souls I'm praying that God will give me

[35:55] a burden all you got to do is open your

[35:57] eyes

[35:58] there's people all around us

[36:00] dying there's people who need the

[36:04] Lord many many a missionary has said to

[36:07] me preacher if if I could take your some

[36:10] of your church people to the field and

[36:12] they could see the unreached people

[36:14] groups by the way when he says he saw

[36:16] the multitudes he saw there was UNR

[36:18] people he saw the UNR people and he had

[36:21] compassion on them cuz they needed a a

[36:26] savior and many times in our life if you

[36:29] go many a missionary tell you if we

[36:31] could take you and you see the

[36:34] people you see the need it'll change

[36:36] your heart and burden your

[36:38] soul when you see the unreached people

[36:43] groups you don't have to go across the

[36:45] sea to see unreached people groups

[36:49] they're all around

[36:51] you they're in your neighborhood they're

[36:54] in your job core they're in your

[36:56] Workforce there at the stores you go to

[36:59] there's unreached

[37:02] people but

[37:04] why why is there unreached people

[37:06] because people aren't

[37:08] going so Jesus told the disciples I want

[37:10] you to pray I want you to

[37:13] pray disciples you

[37:15] pray all right Lord we're going to pray

[37:18] ye therefore the lord of the

[37:20] Harvest so it tells the disciples fellas

[37:25] pray you see it in the text he said told

[37:27] told him to

[37:29] pray guess why he did

[37:32] that why would God tell people to pray

[37:36] to send forth

[37:37] laborers look at chapter 10 verse number

[37:42] one and when he had called unto him his

[37:45] 12 disciples he gave them power against

[37:47] unclean spirits to cast them out to heal

[37:49] all manner of sickness and all manner of

[37:51] disease now the names of the twel

[37:53] Apostles are these the first Simon who's

[37:55] called Peter and Andrew his brother

[37:56] James the son of Zeb John his brother

[37:58] Philip Bartholomew Thomas Matthew the

[38:00] Publican James the son of alfus laus

[38:03] whose surname was Thaddius Simon the

[38:05] Canaanite and judas's scariot who also

[38:08] betrayed him these 12 Jesus sent forth

[38:12] and commanded them saying go I want to

[38:42] that because he wants to send you

[38:44] doesn't necessarily mean he's going to

[38:45] call you to be a missionary go to a

[38:46] foreign field but he's calling you to be

[38:49] a laborer

[38:54] has UNR people groups that he's calling

[38:56] church members to

[38:59] go

[39:01] amen he is God wants us to pray for

[39:06] Laborers because he wants us to be a

[39:10] laborer he wants us to be willing to

[39:14] go now here's the amazing thing I had

[39:17] Sunday school with the young adults this

[39:18] morning and I I shared this quote to

[39:20] them about surrender surrender to God

[39:23] does not mean that you know everything

[39:26] he wants you to do it means that as soon

[39:30] as you know it you will do

[39:35] it surrender to God does not mean that

[39:38] you know everything he wants you to do

[39:40] it means that as soon as you know it you

[39:43] will do

[39:46] it have you surrendered to God to do

[39:49] whatever God wants you to do every

[39:52] believer ought to have a moment of

[39:54] surrender in their life does it mean

[39:57] that God's going to send you in a

[39:58] foreign field but if he did

[40:01] Hallelujah does it mean that God's going

[40:03] to send you in a full-time Ministry but

[40:05] if he did

[40:07] Hallelujah it does mean though that he

[40:09] wants you to be a full-time Christian

[40:11] wherever you're

[40:13] at and a full-time Christian is one who

[40:15] shares the gospel with lost and dying

[40:20] Souls you see

[40:23] them one of the things missionaries who

[40:25] often come to present their field

[40:27] present their need have a presentation

[40:29] they want you to

[40:31] see why cuz they want to show you

[40:34] people because if you'll see the people

[40:37] the unreached people groups you see the

[40:40] people you may have a desire to pray for

[40:43] them more that the laborers will go

[40:45] you'll see the need that's

[40:49] there people need the

[40:52] Lord but too many times we are praying

[40:55] God would you give me a burden for souls

[40:58] and he says open your eyes and

[41:02] see when you open your eyes and see

[41:04] you're going to

[41:05] pray for the

[41:07] laborers to

[41:09] come minister to the

[41:12] souls those who are praying are many

[41:15] times called and

[41:17] sent that's what Jesus did with the

[41:19] disciples he said hey guys I want you to

[41:21] pray pray you therefore for the lord of

[41:22] the Harvest that will send forth labors

[41:24] into his harvest in the very next

[41:25] chapter and he called the 12 disciples

[41:27] and he sent

[41:30] them you know why a lot of Christian

[41:33] people don't want to pray for the

[41:35] laborers we don't want to be

[41:39] sent we don't want to

[41:43] go why is

[41:46] that why would you not want to

[41:49] go if God said

[41:52] go well

[41:55] he we come up with with all sorts of

[41:58] excuses but God said and God called and

[42:02] God equips those who he calls and God

[42:05] enables him to

[42:08] go so as I look at you this morning I'm

[42:11] praying that the lord of the Harvest

[42:12] will send forth labors into his Harvest

[42:15] even if it's

[42:16] you or even if it's

[42:19] me we ought to always be willing to pray

[42:24] Lord here I am

[42:28] s

[42:29] me it may just be down the

[42:33] street you know you know what'll

[42:36] influence your heart is when you see

[42:42] people you see where they're at you see

[42:45] what they

[42:46] need burdens your

[42:50] heart so

[42:53] Jesus illustrates for us he went first

[42:59] Saturday morning we go out

[43:02] visitation we go out we when we're out

[43:06] we

[43:07] see

[43:09] people when you see people it'll do

[43:12] something to you lamentation tells us

[43:15] mine eye affectthe

[43:18] when you see

[43:20] people does it do something to

[43:23] you you should

[43:30] so God wants you and I to go to see and

[43:36] to get

[43:39] burdened all our

[43:42] actions and all will only happen if you

[43:46] take the necessary steps to be involved

[43:51] in God's plan for the propagation of the

[43:54] Gospel

[43:57] so God may not send

[44:01] you but he may

[44:03] send your dollars on behalf of

[44:07] you next Sunday is best Mission Sunday

[44:10] here at our church brother Curtis Hall

[44:12] with best missions will be here we're

[44:14] going to take up a special offering next

[44:16] Sunday it's the change to change life we

[44:18] want to bring all your change every

[44:21] piece of loose chain you have why so if

[44:24] we bring it here and we put it in the

[44:25] offering guess what we can do

[44:27] we can print a copy of God's word we can

[44:30] print a gospel track we can load it up

[44:33] in a shipping container and we can send

[44:34] it across the

[44:36] world that jar of change that you just

[44:39] got at your house that bowl that's there

[44:41] maybe it's inside your car you got a

[44:43] spot where you've collected all your

[44:44] spare

[44:45] change would you give it change to

[44:49] change a

[44:50] life just a few cents and we can print a

[44:53] John and Romans the word of God that

[44:56] does not return for

[44:59] Point we''ve encouraged all those that

[45:01] are on the bus for having I love my

[45:03] Bible Sunday next Sunday on the bus and

[45:05] we're having a special program in

[45:06] emphasis and and encouraging them to uh

[45:09] bring a change offering to change a

[45:14] life can you imagine your your quarters

[45:17] your dollars your dimes your

[45:20] nickels being put in a offering and

[45:23] being sent to a missionary who then

[45:25] Prince the gospel

[45:28] goes into a place and gives the gospel

[45:30] to person after person after person who

[45:33] accepts

[45:34] Christ and you never got to travel to

[45:37] that

[45:38] country but the change that you had in

[45:41] your pocket or in your hand changed the

[45:44] life you could do

[45:48] that the following week we'll begin our

[45:51] faith promised missions

[45:52] conference where we promised to God by

[45:55] faith that we're going to be involved in

[45:57] missions giving we make a commitment to

[46:00] God say God I I know what you want me to

[46:03] do God I my I promise God to give in

[46:06] this as you have given to me I promise

[46:08] to give it to you we make a commitment

[46:11] to

[46:12] God every dollar that comes in helps us

[46:15] to get missions work

[46:18] done the gospel going

[46:21] out listen God wants to use us

[46:27] you open your eyes you see

[46:31] people not a

[46:34] burden it ought to

[46:36] cause your heart to be

[46:40] affected because people need the

[46:45] Lord too many times we get it

[46:48] backwards give me a burden

[46:51] first then I'll

[46:54] go if I want to go

[46:59] CU you still got free

[47:00] will God May burden you and you say I

[47:03] don't want to

[47:05] go instead would you open your

[47:08] eyes may I open my eyes every day and

[47:11] see the souls that are around

[47:15] us these the multitudes of

[47:19] people how many of you are Mall Watchers

[47:23] you go to the mall and you watch people

[47:25] you're people Watchers all right so be

[47:27] like I'm not raising my hand I'm not

[47:28] identifying and testifying that I do

[47:30] that but I do that some people go to the

[47:33] mall and they people

[47:35] watch they watch the people as they go

[47:41] by you see people all around you and I

[47:45] what do you see them

[47:49] as see as souls in need of a

[47:54] savior does your heart

[47:57] is it affected by what you

[48:01] see now many of

[48:03] you have a

[48:05] passion many of you are involved in

[48:08] missions

[48:09] giving but you know what I believe God

[48:11] wants us to

[48:13] do

[48:17] more God's still calling laborers to

[48:23] go one of the things that will help us

[48:26] as we close go to Isaiah chapter

[48:34] 6 Isaiah chapter

[48:44] 6 Isaiah says in the year that King

[48:47] Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting

[48:50] upon his throne high and lifted up and

[48:51] his train filled the temple above it

[48:54] stood the seraphim each had one had six

[48:56] w with Twain he covered his face and

[48:58] with Twain he covered his feet with

[49:00] Twain he did fly one Cried unto another

[49:02] said holy holy holy is the Lord of hosts

[49:06] the whole earth is full of his glory the

[49:09] post of the door moved the voice of him

[49:11] that cried and the house was filled with

[49:13] smoke then said I woe is me for I am

[49:16] undone because I'm a man of unclean lips

[49:18] and I dwell in the midst of a people of

[49:20] unclean lips for mine eyes have seen the

[49:23] king the Lord of hosts then flew one of

[49:25] the seraphim un me having a live coal in

[49:27] his hand which he had taken with tongs

[49:29] from off the altar he laid it on my

[49:32] mouth and said Lo this hath touched thy

[49:33] lips and not iniquity is taken away and

[49:35] thy sin

[49:37] purged also I heard the voice of the

[49:39] Lord saying whom shall I send and who

[49:42] will go for us then said I here am I

[49:47] send me and he said

[49:52] go and tell this people

[49:58] when you get a proper view of God and

[50:01] who God

[50:03] is you see him for who he is you realize

[50:08] who you

[50:09] are and when you realize who you are it

[50:12] brings us to a point of

[50:15] humility because we are

[50:18] undone we have unclean lips we dwell in

[50:21] the midst of a people of unclean lips

[50:23] and when Isaiah had a proper view of God

[50:27] brought him to a proper view of

[50:30] himself and a proper view of himself

[50:34] brought him to volunteering here am I

[50:38] send

[50:42] me little

[50:44] boy attended a church

[50:48] service the pastor preached

[50:51] and talked about giving unto the Lord at

[50:53] the end of the service they took up

[50:55] their offering

[50:58] the offering plate was being passed down

[50:59] the aisle and it stopped in a

[51:04] row Pastor was kind of looking there's a

[51:07] little boy in that row and when little

[51:09] boys hang on to the offering plate too

[51:11] long you get he got a little

[51:15] nervous finally the little boy got the

[51:18] attention of the pastor and Pastor pass

[51:22] it on little boy shook his head no uhoh

[51:27] finally Pastor motioned for the boy

[51:29] little boy came out of the aisle came up

[51:31] to the pastor he said

[51:34] preacher you said to give all that we

[51:37] have to the Lord to help Reach people

[51:42] across the

[51:44] world he said yeah that's what I said he

[51:46] goes I don't have anything but me and a

[51:50] little boy put the offering plate on the

[51:52] ground and he stepped into the offering

[51:54] plate

[52:00] if God said you see the

[52:04] people do you see

[52:06] them their

[52:08] souls need of a

[52:11] savior would you

[52:15] volunteer to say here am I send

[52:20] me listen many would say if God burdened

[52:28] me I would

[52:33] go I want you to listen to that

[52:36] statement if God burdened me I will go

[52:44] instead surrender yes I'm willing to go

[52:50] if you want me to go not if he burdens

[52:53] you to go volunteer Say Yes to God if he

[52:58] chooses to send you he sends you if he

[53:01] chooses to keep you here he keeps you

[53:04] here you surrender and say to God God I

[53:07] don't know what you want me to do but I

[53:10] volunteer for

[53:19] God before he gave you all the details

[53:40] is yet because unconditional surrender

[53:44] to God is surrendering to say God

[53:48] whatever you show me to do I'm going to

[53:59] fleece not surrendering to God and

[54:01] saying God whatever you want for my life

[54:05] hey teenager young adult have you

[54:08] surrendered to say God whatever you want

[54:26] by the way God's will for your life is

[54:39] paper whatever God's will is for your

[54:50] because we don't have a proper view of

[55:56] businessman was recruiting a young man

[56:05] tonight and take you out to a nice's

[56:07] dinner and bring your wife with you and

[56:09] we want to talk about you coming to work

[56:11] for me him and his wife got all dressed

[56:14] up they're going out with a successful

[56:17] businessman to a very nice

[56:19] restaurant walked down the

[56:22] sidewalk and right as they were getting

[56:24] to the door the man stopped in front of

[56:25] him

[56:28] they're like uh what's he doing he

[56:30] reached down and on the ground was a

[56:33] dirty little

[56:35] Penny he picked it up and he looked at

[56:38] it rubbed his fingers across

[56:42] it stuck it in his pocket and went

[56:45] inside the

[56:47] door after appetizers and ordering their

[56:51] meal it was bothering the young lady

[56:54] what's up with the penny

[56:57] why is he picking up pennies off Theo

[56:59] he's a successful businessman why is he

[57:01] picking up pennies off the ground so she

[57:03] couldn't contain herself anymore she

[57:05] said sir can I ask you a question he

[57:07] said

[57:08] absolutely what's with the

[57:10] penny he said oh this and he reached in

[57:13] his pocket and he pulled it

[57:15] out he said right now we're doing very

[57:18] well in

[57:20] business but years ago we were

[57:22] struggling we had overextended and we

[57:25] had vendors call call in us and it was

[57:27] it was quite the

[57:28] ordeal I had taken a walk down the

[57:31] street and was walking down a sidewalk

[57:33] and just contemplating I was going to

[57:35] fix it and the situation we were in and

[57:38] the overwhelming feelings I was

[57:41] having you said then I noticed a penny

[57:43] on the

[57:44] ground it's like it it wasn't an audible

[57:47] voice but it felt like it it was like

[57:49] God said pick it

[57:51] up he said so I reached down and I

[57:54] picked it up and I began to look at it

[57:58] he said and God said what's it

[58:01] say so he looked to the young lady

[58:03] what's it say she said uh United States

[58:06] of

[58:07] America no not there said right here

[58:11] above In God We

[58:17] Trust said then there was a voice inside

[58:20] my

[58:21] heart that asked me the question do you

[58:26] do

[58:28] you as I stood there on the

[58:31] sidewalk thinking about all the things

[58:33] that I was struggling with in that

[58:35] moment God reminded

[58:38] me and God We

[58:41] Trust do

[58:43] I he said so every time I see a penny on

[58:45] the ground I pick it up I read this

[58:49] inscription In God We Trust he says then

[58:53] I pray really quickly Lord is there any

[58:56] area I'm not trusting you

[58:58] in would you show me would you show

[59:05] me he said so every day that I see a

[59:08] penny I stop I pick it up I read it I

[59:13] pray and I ask God God is there any area

[59:16] in my life that I'm not fully trusting

[59:18] you

[59:19] in I'm going to pray this

[59:22] week that God puts pennies in your path

[59:27] you pick them

[59:29] up and you look at the inscription in

[59:32] God we

[59:35] trust and then ask yourself the

[59:38] question do

[59:41] I CU right now some of you there's some

[59:44] situations you're dealing with in your

[59:47] life are you trusting in

[59:49] God do you fully trust in him

[59:56] here in two

[59:58] Sundays God's going to sayi want you to

[60:00] give x amount of

[60:02] dollars to help missions around the

[60:05] world and you're going to say God that's

[60:08] that's that that doesn't fit the

[60:11] budget he's going to want you to pick

[60:13] that Penny

[60:15] up and God we trust and ask yourself the

[60:18] question do

[60:19] I do

[60:21] I burdens that you're carrying some

[60:24] heavy situations some health battles

[60:26] you're battling In God We

[60:29] Trust do

[60:33] you God's plan for the world getting the

[60:37] gospel involves laborers

[60:41] people just like me and just like you

[60:44] who will volunteer and say here am I

[60:47] send me I don't want to step in the

[60:49] offering plate like the little boy

[60:51] preacher I I don't have enough trust in

[60:55] God for that wa wait wait in God we

[60:57] trust do

[60:59] you if he sent you to

[61:02] Africa to be a missionary he would

[61:05] protect you there he'd guide you there

[61:06] he'd use you there if he sent you to

[61:11] eleno he'd protect you there he guide

[61:13] you there he strengthen you there

[61:15] wherever God

[61:16] sends whatever location he sends you to

[61:20] whatever people group he sends you you

[61:23] can trust that God knows what's going

[66:57] that renewal when they called us and

[66:59] told us they said we're raising your

[67:01] rate by over

[67:04] 24% and so we have been uh meeting with

[67:07] other insurance companies shopping all

[67:09] that so we are meeting with our final

[67:10] group this week and making a decision

[67:13] this week so pray for the pastor those

[67:15] that are helping me at the financial

[67:17] committee and also the officers as we

[67:19] make a decision that's going to

[67:21] completely change our budget we're

[67:23] working on figuring out a better ways so

[67:25] um that's a work in progress on there

[67:28] and so um you pray for us as we uh make

[67:31] a decision on that and then also uh at

[67:34] the end of March going into April uh

[67:37] we're going to be uh representing a new

[67:41] budget to the church we've been trying

[67:43] to operate on our budget but with the

[67:45] insurance changes and a couple other

[67:46] things that have changed we need to redo

[67:49] that and so I'm going to be working with

[67:51] some guys getting that ready and

[67:53] presenting that in April so we'll have

[67:56] all the proper figures for you for that

[67:59] you pray for us as we're working on that

[68:02] we encourage you to be faithful in your

[68:03] giving to the Lord who really does help

[68:05] us in the operation of the church but

[68:08] also in the missions Department

[68:09] especially with faith promise missions
