[0:54] >> Good evening. Investigators got a
[0:56] possible big break today in their hopes
[0:58] of solving the mystery crash of Egypt
[1:00] Air90. Confirmation came late today that
[1:03] even though it was damaged, the jet's
[1:06] flight data recorder retrieved just
[1:08] hours ago from the ocean floor does
[1:11] appear to contain vital technical
[1:13] information. This could help answer the
[1:15] question of what went so terribly wrong
[1:18] and killed 217 people. CBS's Bob our has
[1:21] the latest. Bob. Dan, this is very
[1:23] encouraging news tonight for
[1:25] investigators. The flight data recorder
[1:27] is not only in good shape, but as it
[1:29] turns out, it contains three times more
[1:31] information than investigators were
[1:32] counting on. A prospect that improves
[1:34] the chances the crash will be solved.
[1:38] A Navy helicopter touched down at
[1:40] Andrews Air Force Base this afternoon
[1:42] with the flight data recorder recovered
[1:43] from the wreckage
