[0:00] could be a full-blown health crisis.
[0:03] >> This is not a false alarm, Joe. This is
[0:05] a big disaster from a health point of
[0:07] view. And the first problem is that of
[0:09] course people who lose their homes and
[0:11] are in this kind of a situation are
[0:13] shell shocked. They're suffering
[0:15] post-traumatic stress. They're anxious.
[0:17] They're very depressed. Understandable.
[0:19] And so they're not going to think always
[0:20] rationally. And the first thing they
[0:22] have to do, of course, is to avoid a

[0:57] could be a fatal disease for these young
[0:59] children or for older patients, couldn't
[1:01] it?
[1:01] >> Absolutely, Joe. And especially in this
[1:03] kind of a situation where it's so hot
[1:05] and where there isn't a lot of good
[1:06] drinkable water to compensate for it,
[1:09] you know, you either have to boil your
[1:10] water or you have to make sure that you
[1:12] have portable water. So, the problem is
[1:14] once you start getting diarrhea and
[1:15] again in the right circumstances, these
