[0:02] fast approaching. Mr. Bush is facing a

[0:04] daunting fall schedule filled with

[0:07] contentious issues, including Iraq.

[0:10] ABC's John Cochran is at the White

[0:12] House. John,

[0:14] >> Carol, you're right. One of the big

[0:15] challenges facing the president is the

[0:17] selling of his Iraq policy. But tonight,

[0:19] there's some very big questions. What is

[0:22] his Iraq policy? And who speaks for this

[0:24] administration?

[0:26] As the president returned to the White

[0:27] House this afternoon, his spokesman was

[1:04] Saddam was somehow back in his box. Why

[1:08] the split between two administration

[1:09] heavyweights?

[1:10] >> You'll have to ask the administration.

[1:12] >> But I mean, doesn't that be nice if they

[1:13] got their act together, wouldn't it?

[1:15] >> Congress will expect administration

[1:17] officials to have their act together

[1:18] when they testify on Iraq this month.

[1:20] That is just one of the president's

[1:22] problems. With Congress eager to get out

[1:24] of town early next month to campaign,

[1:27] the president
