[0:05] The aviation security bill becomes law.
[0:07] It will not be in effect until well
[0:09] after Thanksgiving and Christmas. We'll
[0:12] take a closer look tonight at the
[0:14] special forces in Afghanistan.
[0:16] And we have been listening to Dallas.
[0:18] Very proud. And moving on.
[0:24] From ABC News, this is World News
[0:28] Tonight with Peter Jennings reporting
[0:30] from Texas.
[0:32] >> Good evening from Dallas. Our third and
[0:34] last stop on a brief listening tour in
[0:36] the West and Southwest. At the end of
[0:38] the broadcast, we'll hear what Dallas

[1:13] going to start with John McCarthy at the
[1:15] Pentagon. John, I know that the big

[1:22] telling us that the CIA is now spending
[1:25] and handing out hundreds of thousands of
[1:27] dollars. What they're looking for is not
[1:29] only information about Osama bin Laden,
[1:32] but they're also trying to encourage
[1:34] Afghans to go hunt for Bin Laden
[1:36] themselves in the treacherous caves and
[1:39] tunnels where he's believed to b
