[0:03] The leader of the Bosnian Serbs says
[0:05] they've achieved their goal. He goes on
[0:07] television tonight to urge Serb
[0:09] hardliners to accept the US brokered
[0:11] peace agreement. The mysterious fire at
[0:14] the doctor's house. Two children are
[0:16] dead. Now officials say they know who
[0:18] said it. And a case of life imitating
[0:21] art.
[0:23] >> And so you're just doing your American
[0:24] tour. I'm making sure.

[0:29] >> This is the CBS Evening News [music]
[0:32] with Dan Rather.

[1:17] individuals or some gangs
[1:19] who will not accept the decision of
[1:22] their leaders will not accept the
[1:24] signatures that were made at Dayton.
[1:28] And therefore, we are going in very
[1:29] wellarmed
[1:31] and with very firm rules of engagement.
[1:34] This peace agreement represents a bitter
[1:36] disappointment for the Serbs. They
[1:38] wanted more territory, but it's th
