[0:00] Hope is one of those words that in the
[0:01] right context it it's a very positive
[0:04] thing or or concept or idea, but in in a
[0:08] lot of contexts it's actually rather
[0:10] not. It's very disempowering, right?
[0:12] Hope that you know this is obviously not
[0:14] good enough. So let's just hope sometime
[0:16] sometime later it is. Sometime later
[0:18] life is better, right? Has a little bit
[0:20] of that flavor to it.
[0:23] If you can relate to that, that feeling
[0:25] of kind of waiting for something happens
[0:29] all the time. Happens all day long in in
[0:31] thought. That's how thought functions,
[0:33] right? Um
[0:35] waiting until I get home, waiting until
[0:37] the person finally gives me what I want,
[0:40] whoever that person is, whether it's my
[0:41] boss or a co-orker or my lover, waiting
[0:44] for the next meal, waiting to feel some
[0:47] pleasure that I'm imagining is going to
[0:48] happen because I'm waiting for a certain
[0:50] event. Um, waiting for relief. Like it's
[0:53] just kind of waiting.
