[0:53] serial sniper is still on the loose,
[0:56] still warning he'll kill again and
[0:58] police are beginning to theorize he may
[1:00] not be alone. Here's the latest. Police
[1:02] officially confirmed the man shot dead
[1:04] in Maryland yesterday was the sniper's
[1:07] 13th victim, the 10th to die. A second
[1:11] letter believed to be from the sniper
[1:12] was found at that crime scene. Children
[1:15] in Maryland, Virginia, and the
[1:17] Washington area in general went to
[1:19] school today knowing the sniper may be
[1:21] targeting them.
[1:23] Police are pleading for any witnesses to
[1:25] come forward even if they're in this
[1:27] country illegally. And CBS News has been
[1:30] told new theories are beginning to
[1:32] emerge in the investigation. CBS News
