[0:19] have designed everything from lipsticks
[0:21] to Greyhound buses packaging labels to
[0:24] locomotives toothbrushes to ocean liners
[0:26] the list is endless Raymond ly even as a
[0:29] youngster growing up in France showed
[0:31] unusual creative talents particularly as
[0:33] an artist when the first war came along
[0:35] he served with the engineers in the
[0:36] French army later he came to America
[0:39] where he got his first job sketching
[0:40] fashions in due course his interests
[0:43] moved to Industrial design and with this
[0:45] Raymond ly opened up a whole new field
[0:48] Mr L his wife Viola and their young
[0:50] daughter live in this apartment house on
[0:52] Park Avenue here in New York the chances
[0:55] are he designed that building too am I
