[0:46] Hello everyone, I'm Carol. Two of the
[0:49] 911 hijackers may have slipped through
[0:51] the hands of law enforcement. A hijacker
[0:53] on the flight that crashed into the
[0:55] Pentagon was stopped for speeding in
[0:57] Virginia last August.
[0:59] And also uh another man was pulled over
[1:02] and then let go my by Maryland police
[1:05] just two days before September 11th.
[1:08] Maryland state troopers released video
[1:10] today of the man that would that they
[1:12] stopped proceeding. He turned out to be
[1:15] a hijacker on the plane that crashed in
[1:17] Pennsylvania.
[1:19] The Washington Post reports that just
[1:21] days after US air strikes began in
[1:23] Afghanistan, a senior Taliban official
[1:25] withdrew 5 million in US dollars and
[1:28] Pakistani rupees from an Afghani bank.
[1:32] Another Taliban official also took an
[1:34] additional 6 million. Bank officials say
[1:36] millions more are presumed missing. A
[1:39] dramatic rescue by firefighters in
