[0:31] wherewithal to leave certainly there are

[0:32] some who probably could have but there

[0:35] are people without transportation there

[0:36] are people without anywhere to go and

[0:38] I'm somewhat shocked that the uh roof of

[0:41] the Dome uh appears to have been

[0:43] breached yeah we're going to talk about
