[0:03] [music] Right now, here's Tom Bro.
[0:15] It's happened again. A gunman, workers
[0:18] in the line of fire. This time, Seattle
[0:21] in depth tonight. How safe are Americans
[0:23] at work? A guilty verdict in the Matthew
[0:26] Shepard murder case. Now, a question.
[0:29] Will the killer live or die? Piece by
[0:33] piece. Egypt Airflight 990. But they're
[0:35] pulling up from the deep with clues in

[0:56] Bro.
[0:59] Good evening. For the second day in a
[1:01] row, the workplace in America has become
[1:03] a killing field. This time it was in
[1:06] Seattle at a shipyard. Yesterday, it was

[1:22] camouflage clothing walks into an office
[1:24] building at a Seattle shipyard and opens
[1:26] fire.
[1:28] He shoots four people. One dies at the
[1:31] scene, another at a hospital.
[1:33] >> The man who had been shot three times
[1:34] died in surgery uh just uh before 1:00.
[1:37] >> A third victim is reported in serious
[1:40] condition. Survivors still in shock,
[1:42] still not understanding what happened,
[1:44] try to console one another.
[1:47] >> Police spokesperson Pam McCammon.
[1:49] >> He walked in and started shooting.
[1:51] That's all we know.
[1:51] >> Somebody knocked on her door and
