[0:04] On World News Tonight this Friday, the

[0:06] public and private debate about Ted

[0:08] Kazinsk's sanity. The judge gets a

[0:11] psychiatric report. Texas and the

[0:13] tobacco companies reach a $15 billion

[0:16] settlement. Now, what will the Congress

[1:38] his lawyers, Kazinski demonstrated a

[1:40] firm grasp of his tricky legal situation

[1:43] and a mastery of legal jargon. In his

[1:45] first comments to the judge, he said,

[1:47] "Now, I'm not an attorney, and I'm not
