[0:05] Are we ready?
[0:07] Okay, let's do this. And action. Let's
[0:11] head over to Notebook LM. This is kind
[0:14] of like a sweeping request for tell me
[0:18] what to do. Give me your best advice
[0:20] based on everything I've given you.
[0:30] Wow.
[0:32] So I often express an intention for work
[0:36] life balance but then what I actually do
[0:39] I I feel that at a deep
[0:44] level coaching can be life-changing but
[0:47] it's also expensive. I found that one of
[0:49] the most important things in good
[0:51] coaching is context. It's important that
[0:54] the coach knows about you, your goals,
[0:57] your opportunities, both your strengths
[0:59] and your weaknesses, how your mind
[1:01] works. Well, we live in a time when AI
[1:04] has an essentially unlimited context
[1:06] window. So, in this video, I'm going to
[1:09] sit down with Notebook LM and load up 40
[1:13] separate documents containing almost
[1:16] 150,000 words, which is everything that
[1:20] I have and everything that I know about
[1:22] how I work inside. And we're going to
[1:24] find out whether AI can become a coach
[1:27] for you in your life or in your work and
[1:30] exactly how to go about doing that step
[1:32] by step. Let's get into it. Let's talk
[1:35] about the sources that I'm going to be
[1:38] loading up into it. And they fall into
[1:40] three categories. The first one is
[1:42] private notes. Your personal private
[1:45] notes are really one of the best
[1:46] sources. Most people don't have a lot of
[1:49] public writing, don't necessarily do
[1:51] annual reviews, but we all have notes.
[1:53] It might be something as simple as some
[1:56] text from an email you sent a friend in
[1:58] the past or something you've jotted down
[2:01] in your Apple Notes. No
