[0:00] If you were having fun all day,

[0:01] now it's my turn to have fun and go

[0:03] work. I could create a piece of work

[0:06] that totally changes the trajectory of

[0:08] my career.

[0:10] Or I could, you know, wash the dishes

[0:11] and pick up the living room. What do you

[0:12] mean I can't go talk to dad? He's just

[0:14] in that like he's just over there. Dad

[0:17] tells me I have to limit my screen time.

[0:18] Dad looks at the screen all day. What

[0:21] are we modeling? [laughter]

[0:27] I am here today with one of the creators

[0:29] that I most admire recently for his work

[0:32] about how to be productive and creative

[1:09] really long time, but since I joined

[1:11] ConvertKit in 2015, I've worked

[1:13] remotely. I've haven't had to go into

[1:16] any kind of an office since 2012.

[1:20] And when you can work, you know,

[1:24] anywhere

[1:25] or anytime,

[1:26] anytime, the risk that you have to guard

[1:28] against is that you don't end up working

[1:30] everywhere all the time.

[1:31] Seriously. And so those really that

[1:34] first year in retrospect ended up being

[1:37] quite a challenge from a time management
