[25:48] backwards chapter 13 verse 17 if you're

[25:50] able would you please stand in honor of

[25:51] the word of God we're going to read from

[25:53] Exodus 13 vers 17- 22 and then after

[25:59] that we'll be seated after a word of

[26:01] prayer and we'll dive into the message

[26:03] this morning from Exodus

[26:12] 13 Bible tells us in verse 17 and it

[26:15] came to pass when Pharaoh had let the

[26:17] people go that God LED them not through

[26:20] the way of the land of the Philistines

[26:22] although that was near for God said lest

[26:25] per Adventure the people repent

[26:28] when they see war and they return to

[26:31] Egypt but God led the people about

[26:33] through the way of the Wilderness to the

[26:35] Red Sea the children of Israel went up

[26:37] harnessed out of the land of Egypt Moses

[26:40] took the bones of Joseph with him for he

[26:43] had straightly sworn to the children of

[26:45] Israel saying God will surely visit you

[26:48] and he shall carry up my bones away

[26:50] hence with you they took their Journey

[26:52] from sooth and encamped in etham in the

[26:55] edge of the Wilderness and the Lord went

[26:57] before them by day in a pillar of cloud

[27:00] to lead them the way and by night in a

[27:04] pillar of fire to give them light to go

[27:07] by day and night and he took not away

[27:12] the pillar of cloud by day nor the

[27:14] pillar of Fire by night from before the

[27:18] people this is going to be our

[27:20] springboard as we get into the message

[27:21] this morning but let's have a word of

[27:23] prayer de Heavenly Father Lord we're

[27:24] thankful the opportunity to be in your

[27:26] house this morning Lord I pray if you

[27:27] would please cleanse me of sin and empty

[27:29] me of myself that I might get out of the

[27:31] way this morning and your word may go

[27:33] forth Lord I pray that you'd speak to

[27:35] our hearts today challenge us from your

[27:37] word Lord if someone here today does not

[27:39] know you as Savior May today be their

[27:42] day of salvation in your name I pray

[27:44] amen thank you for standing you may be

[27:48] seated here in Exodus chapter

[27:51] 13 the Israelites have been in bondage

[27:54] in

[27:55] Egypt and God has a plan to get them out

[27:58] they've gone through the plagues and God

[28:01] has made a way for them to leave and

[28:03] they're going to leave and came to pass

[28:04] that Pharaoh had let the people go so

[28:07] finally he let them go and on the way

[28:11] out God's leading his children out of

[28:14] bondage and on the way out there's some

[28:16] principles from chapter 13 and chapter

[28:19] 14 that God reveals to us about his plan

[28:23] for the nation of Israel here to get out

[28:26] of bondage that God Wants You and I TR

[28:28] to consider for ourselves this morning

[28:32] you'll notice in verse 17 it came to

[28:34] pass when Pharaoh had let the people go

[28:36] that God LED them not through the way of

[28:41] the land of the

[28:42] Philistines we're going to start off

[28:44] this morning by number one God had a

[28:48] plan God had a plan to get Israel out of

[28:52] Egypt God had a plan so the first part

[28:56] of God's plan is he had a planned

[28:58] path he leads them not through the way

[29:02] of the

[29:03] Philistines but he leads them in another

[29:06] way for the purpose of if they went that

[29:09] way they might get

[29:11] discouraged if they went that way they

[29:14] might want to go back to

[29:15] Egypt but God's plan he had a planned

[29:19] path for them and that path takes them

[29:22] the W through the Wilderness and up to

[29:25] the Red Sea and God's pth leads them

[29:29] there on purpose God directed the nation

[29:33] of Israel to go and journey in that way

[29:38] and so God had a plan for

[29:40] that and God encouraged them through the

[29:44] path the path that God had for the

[29:47] nation of Israel was a planned path that

[29:50] would help them in their Journey if

[29:53] they'd gone a different way they may

[29:56] have faced discouragement

[29:59] now the way the Lord writes it for

[30:02] us is that it's a possibility but listen

[30:06] God

[30:08] knew we see it as it's a possibility

[30:11] they might get a god knew if they went

[30:13] that way what was going to happen it's

[30:15] no accident that the word of God says

[30:17] per Adventure they go that way they

[30:18] might get discouraged and want to go

[30:20] back to Egypt because God knew if they

[30:21] went that way they want to go back to

[30:22] Egypt he knew exactly what they were

[30:24] going to face in the days ahead and so

[30:26] his planned path for them was a path

[30:29] that would lead them to the place that

[30:31] they ought to be and face what they

[30:33] needed to face now listen God's plan

[30:36] path did not mean no

[30:38] struggle God's planned path led him in

[30:40] the wilderness and they were there it

[30:42] was hot it was dirty it was work God's

[30:46] planed path LED them right to the Red

[30:47] Sea which appeared to them as a dead end

[30:51] but God has a different plan but I want

[30:52] you to notice also in God's plan to get

[30:55] the nation of Israel out of bondage is

[30:57] that God planned for them is that they

[31:01] had a presence of God look at verse

[31:06] 21 and the Lord went before them by day

[31:09] and a pillar of cloud to lead them the

[31:12] way and by night and a pillar of fire to

[31:15] give them light to go by day and night

[31:18] and he took it not away the pillar of

[31:21] cloud by day the pillar of Fire by night

[31:23] from before the

[31:25] people God's presence

[31:28] was identified by the pillar of cloud

[31:31] and by the pillar of

[31:33] fire I want to remind you of something

[31:35] it appears historically it's about a

[31:38] million people

[31:42] exiting for a million people to see a

[31:45] cloud it's not a little

[31:47] Cloud now we live in

[31:50] Oklahoma we've seen some big

[31:53] clouds we've seen some large clouds and

[31:56] then we've seen stuff come out of

[32:02] clouds but God's presence was revealed

[32:05] to them by a pillar of

[32:07] cloud God's presence of the pillar of

[32:10] cloud was with

[32:12] them and then it became a pillar of Fire

[32:15] by

[32:16] night now in the wilderness in that

[32:18] region at night time it get a little

[32:22] chilly but God put a heater in the

[32:26] sky and there in the daytime it gets

[32:29] rather

[32:29] warm and God put a shade cloud in the

[32:34] sky God's presence was a comfort and

[32:37] God's presence was a leadership and

[32:39] God's presence was always

[32:43] there in fact as you study the journey

[32:45] in the wilderness when the cloud moved

[32:47] the people moved when the cloud stopped

[32:50] the people stopped in other words when

[32:52] God moved the people moved and when God

[32:55] stopped the people stopped

[32:57] but we find that his presence leads

[33:01] them we get into chapter 14 the Lord

[33:04] speaks unto Moses and says speak unto

[33:06] the children of Israel that they turn

[33:08] and encamp before pill wrath between

[33:11] mdda and the Sea over against B pazon

[33:14] before you shall encamp by the

[33:16] Sea so he tells them where to go camp

[33:19] then this is what he says to Moses for

[33:21] Pharaoh will say of the children of

[33:23] Israel they are entangled in the land

[33:25] the Wilderness has shut them in and I

[33:27] will in Pharaoh's heart that he shall

[33:29] follow after them and I will be honored

[33:31] upon pharaoh and upon all his hosts that

[33:34] the Egyptians may know that the that I

[33:39] am the Lord and they did so so Mo God

[33:44] says to Moses now Moses this what we're

[33:45] going to do you're going to go camp over

[33:47] here and when you get here Pharaoh's

[33:49] going to think you're trapped in the

[33:50] land and they're going to come and

[33:51] they're going to

[33:53] attack so Moses says okay

[33:58] the verse says and they did it God said

[34:00] go there and camp this is what's going

[34:02] to happen when you get there go do it

[34:04] yes Lord they went and did it I don't

[34:07] know about you if we knew that you going

[34:09] to stay at that place there's going to

[34:10] people come attack you you may not want

[34:13] to go

[34:15] there but God said to go so they went

[34:18] notice as he continues on through the

[34:20] chapter they get there and pharoh's army

[34:22] comes he gets his army to come verse 10

[34:25] and when Pharaoh Drew nigh the children

[34:26] of Israel lifted up up their eyes and

[34:28] behold the Egyptians marched after them

[34:32] and they were soore afraid and the

[34:33] children of Israel Cried Out unto the

[34:35] Lord and they said unto Moses because

[34:37] there were no graves in Egypt hast thou

[34:40] taken me away to hast thou dealt with us

[34:43] therefore to carry us forth out of and

[34:45] he's all they're all

[34:47] sad they're

[34:49] whining this is what they say in verse

[34:52] it is not this the word that we did tell

[34:54] the in Egypt saying let us alone that we

[34:56] may serve the Egyptian for it have been

[34:58] better for us to serve the Egyptians

[35:00] than that we should die in the

[35:06] wilderness how' they get to that

[35:09] point well they're not looking at the

[35:11] pillar of cloud anymore they're looking

[35:13] at the Army that's

[35:15] coming they're not looking at the pillar

[35:17] of Fire in the Sky they're looking at

[35:18] the Army that's coming verse 13 and

[35:22] Moses said unto the people fear ye not

[35:24] stand still and see the salvation of the

[35:26] Lord which he will show to you the day

[35:29] for the Egyptians whom ye have seen

[35:31] today ye shall see them again no more

[35:34] forever and the Lord the Lord shall

[35:37] fight for you and ye shall hold your

[35:40] peace and the Lord said unto Moses

[35:42] wherefore criest thou unto me speaking

[35:44] of the children of Israel that they go

[35:48] forward so he lifts up the

[35:51] rod stretches it out and the water goes

[35:55] back and they have dry ground

[35:58] and the reason why is so that Pharaoh

[35:59] may follow them and God's going to

[36:01] destroy them in the Red

[36:02] Sea Verse 18 and the Egyptians shall

[36:05] know that I am the Lord that I have got

[36:07] me honor and Pharaoh upon his chariots

[36:08] and upon his Horsemen the angel of God

[36:11] went before the camp of Israel removed

[36:15] and went behind them and the pillar of

[36:17] cloud went from before their face and

[36:19] stood behind them and it came between

[36:22] the camp of the Egyptians and the camp

[36:23] of Israel and it was a cloud and

[36:26] darkness to them

[36:28] but it gave light by night to these so

[36:31] that the one came not near the other all

[36:35] night God had a plan he had a planned

[36:38] path a planned presence and then a

[36:40] planned

[36:42] protection God knew exactly what he was

[36:44] doing he brought him to the Red Sea he

[36:46] knew he was going to part the waters on

[36:47] the Red Sea he knew he was going to take

[36:49] the angel of the Lord put him from

[36:50] before them to behind them he was going

[36:53] to take the cloud and drop it down and

[36:55] make it Darkness under the Egyptian God

[36:57] knew exactly what he was

[36:59] doing he had a plan

[37:02] protection so God had a plan a planned

[37:05] path a planned presence a planned

[37:07] protection and you know what happened to

[37:09] God's

[37:10] people they got

[37:14] fearful and they

[37:17] forgot they complained to Moses that it

[37:19] had been better if they were serving in

[37:21] Egypt they weren't servants they were

[37:24] slaves

[37:27] slave

[37:29] labor it wasn't that they had an

[37:31] enjoyable time they were slaves they

[37:33] forgot they were slaves they forgot that

[37:36] if God didn't get them out they were

[37:38] going to die in

[37:41] Egypt they' forgotten what God had done

[37:43] thus far through the

[37:45] plagues especially the death of the

[37:48] firstborn and the blood being applied

[37:50] and God getting them out of Egypt and

[37:53] God doing all that he had

[37:54] done they got fearful and they

[37:58] forgot all that God had

[38:04] done God's people got fearful and

[38:09] forgot but I want you to notice

[38:11] something about

[38:12] God number three this morning God keeps

[38:15] his

[38:18] promises he told them he was going to

[38:19] lead them out of Egypt and he did he

[38:22] told him he was leading them to a better

[38:24] place and he was though the path was

[38:27] difficult he was leading them to a

[38:28] better place he protected them when

[38:31] protection was needed notice the end of

[38:34] that verse that we read end of verse 20

[38:37] that one came not near the other all

[38:41] night no one came

[38:47] near so God had a plan God's people got

[38:52] fearful and

[38:55] forgot but God kept accept his

[39:00] promises so the nation of

[39:03] Israel God is leading

[39:05] them

[39:07] out of where they're at to a better

[39:11] place in the process of that he has a

[39:15] path he has a presence and he offers

[39:20] protection but yet they still got

[39:23] fearful and forgetful

[39:29] but God still keeps his

[39:34] promises so we fast forward to

[39:39] 2024 in your life in my life God has a

[39:47] plan for your

[39:50] life and not only does he have a plan

[39:53] for your life but he has a planed path

[39:55] for your life and your path is not like

[39:58] everybody else's

[40:00] path and your journey is not like

[40:02] everyone else's

[40:03] Journey but it is ordered by God God has

[40:08] a plan and he's got a planned path and

[40:10] God's planned path sometimes takes us

[40:12] through difficult moments it would be

[40:14] wonderful if God's planned path for our

[40:16] life was easy wouldn't it be nice if you

[40:19] never had to go through difficulty never

[40:22] had to struggle never had to go through

[40:24] pain wouldn't it be nice to know that

[40:29] God's planned

[40:32] path is for

[40:35] you he knows what's

[40:37] ahead he knows what's in

[40:41] tomorrow why because he's already

[40:44] there he's already there he's already in

[40:47] your tomorrow he knows what's ahead he's

[40:49] already

[40:51] there but yet we approach life with such

[40:55] fear

[40:58] because we don't trust the one who has

[41:00] the plan not only do we not trust the

[41:03] one who has a plan we

[41:05] forget that he is

[41:07] present as a Believer he is a very

[41:10] present help in times of

[41:13] trouble he is always with you he said

[41:16] I'll never leave thee nor forsake thee

[41:20] God's presence is always

[41:23] there and God does protect his kids

[41:28] he has a planed

[41:30] protection now as we think about God and

[41:34] us if you know God's got a plan and he's

[41:37] outlined it for you in his word how to

[41:41] live we've got a lot of young adults

[41:44] College age going into young adulthood

[41:46] in their 20s and

[41:48] 30s they're in a danger

[41:52] zone because they're been operating in

[41:55] youth group they've had a con

[41:57] constructive youth group and they've had

[41:59] all these things and now life's

[42:03] huge they're in youth group I got to be

[42:06] 13 I'm finally a teenager

[42:09] woohoo any was I can't wait to be 16 and

[42:11] get my driver's

[42:13] license I have one right now he his 16th

[42:16] birthday's coming up when can I drive

[42:17] when can I drive when can I drive when

[42:19] can I drive he asked his mom weet can

[42:21] you take me out on the roads out in the

[42:23] country to go drive I said no you don't

[42:24] have a permit but but but

[42:27] there's no officers out there it doesn't

[42:29] matter it's still

[42:32] wrong he said can I go over here can I

[42:35] drive can I drive can I drive and it's

[42:36] that desire now don't you look bad on

[42:39] him how many of you I can't wait till I

[42:42] get my driver's license come on it was I

[42:44] can't wait till I get my driver's

[42:45] license some you're like I still don't

[42:46] have my driver's license it's okay I'm

[42:50] sure your parents are enjoying not

[42:52] having to pay the insurance it's a

[42:55] blessing CU it goes up up and up and

[42:59] up but there's that 16 I can't wait to

[43:02] get my driver's license and then it's

[43:04] wait I'm a senior I'm old I get to

[43:07] graduate from the Youth Department then

[43:30] Plan young adult God's got a plan for

[43:33] you he's got a perfect plan for you so

[43:37] how do you figure out God's big plan for

[43:39] the future you live in God's plan

[43:43] today amen you live in the will of God

[43:46] today and you can know the will of God

[43:47] for

[43:48] tomorrow how I know the will of God for

[43:50] tomorrow because I'll wake up tomorrow

[43:51] and I plan to live in the will of God

[43:55] today step by step day by day being and

[44:00] living what God wants me to be and we

[44:04] can all see that for you how many of you

[44:05] remember being 20 30 all the big life

[44:08] decisions all the things that were going

[44:09] on and it was a stressful

[44:12] time but you got

[44:14] God because you got God there's

[44:19] hope you know what happened though we

[44:22] got

[44:23] old we're not 20 or 30 anymore

[44:28] I passed the 30

[44:30] Mark and then a few years ago I passed

[44:33] the 40

[44:34] Mark I was talking with brother Jesse

[44:37] about a project we're working on and

[44:39] he's like I'm I've got this guy he's in

[44:43] his 60s he's got grandkids he's going to

[44:46] represent the older pastor and I got

[44:49] this other guy he's in his 20s and 30s

[44:51] he's going to represent the young Pastor

[44:53] then I got you

[45:01] it

[45:03] hurt I'm the

[45:06] middleaged

[45:09] pastor I'm not young

[45:12] anymore it's not

[45:15] nice but you know in life you've get

[45:17] these seasons of life and young

[45:20] adulthood is challenging for young

[45:22] adults so they they they find the person

[45:25] God wants them to get married now

[45:26] they're 23 25 26 years old and they

[45:29] still got young adult

[45:31] problems what am I going to do God's Got

[45:34] A

[45:35] Plan God has a presence God offers

[45:40] protection trust

[45:42] God you know what happened when we got

[45:47] older we started

[45:50] forgetting that God has a

[45:53] plan that God has a

[45:55] presence and that God wants to protect

[45:58] his

[45:59] kids and we tell young people to live in

[46:01] the will of God today so you can know

[46:03] the will of God tomorrow but we don't

[46:05] always practice it as

[46:08] 40s

[46:09] 50s 60 70 80 90 100 110 should cover us

[46:15] middle-aged and older

[46:19] people that 20 to 30 range that 30 to 40

[46:23] range we're not

[46:25] careful will forget God has a plan it's

[46:31] easy to tell a young person God's got a

[46:33] plan for your

[46:35] life but listen middle-aged person God's

[46:38] got a plan for your

[46:42] life grandma grandpa granders I almost

[46:45] said Pampers that would have been

[46:47] bad that's what happens after Grandpa

[46:49] stage

[46:52] no whatever name they call you God's got

[46:56] a plan for for your

[46:58] life has a plan for your

[47:00] life trust

[47:03] him we know what

[47:06] happens we tell these young people these

[47:09] young adults God's Got A Plan walk in

[47:11] God's presence today you'll be all right

[47:15] but we get older and we don't practice

[47:17] what we

[47:19] preach God's Got A Plan God's got a

[47:23] presence you know what happens we get

[47:25] our eyes off his Pres pres we get our

[47:28] eyes on the

[47:30] stuff because life

[47:34] happens and when we get our eyes on

[47:37] things and

[47:39] situations we we find ourselves looking

[47:43] at the declining balance of our bank

[47:46] account and we begin to get

[47:50] stressed we we look at the stocks that

[47:53] we're doing well for our 401K have not

[47:55] done good at all

[47:57] all and where I did feel comfortable

[48:00] about retirement now I am stressed out

[48:03] and thinking I'm never going to get to

[48:05] retire I'm gonna have to work till I

[48:09] die we get stressed out about the job

[48:13] situation and the situations of life but

[48:15] listen God's got a

[48:18] plan and listen God's plan for you is

[48:21] just like his plan for the nation of

[48:22] Israel it's got a planned path

[48:27] and sometimes the path will take you

[48:30] through battles skirmishes and

[48:33] difficulties before you arrive where God

[48:37] wants you to be the nation of Israel

[48:40] didn't walk out of Egypt and walk into a

[48:43] perfect promised land no they had to go

[48:45] through the Wilderness they had enemies

[48:47] come against them they had struggles

[48:49] along the way but God provided and God

[48:53] provided and God provided time time and

[48:57] time and time again and just like he did

[49:00] then he can do that today for

[49:04] you or you can be like Point number two

[49:08] you can get fearful and you can

[49:11] forget you ought many of us have prayer

[49:15] list how many of you make a prayer list

[49:18] you got prayer list many do have prayer

[49:21] list got things we're praying for I'd

[49:24] encourage you to have a praise list

[49:27] things God's done and I encourage you to

[49:30] have a promise list of the things he

[49:32] says in his word because sometimes life

[49:35] gets

[49:36] discouraging but when I can go back and

[49:38] remember what God has

[49:40] done and I can enjoy the blessings and

[49:43] the Praises of what God has done in the

[49:45] past it helps me in my present and it

[49:49] encourages me for the future when I look

[49:52] what God has done in my life

[49:58] but it's easy to get fearful and

[50:00] forget what God has

[50:04] done we think the Christian life would

[50:06] be better if I it'd be better for me if

[50:09] I didn't have to live for Christ if I

[50:11] could just live any way I wanted to

[50:14] you

[50:16] no it would not you would have freedom

[50:20] and liberty I'd have all the freedom in

[50:22] the world and the Liberty in the world

[50:24] yes but you wouldn't have God

[50:28] so it's not worth

[50:30] it well if I never got saved I could do

[50:32] whatever I wanted to

[50:35] do but you wouldn't have God you

[50:38] wouldn't have his presence you wouldn't

[50:39] have his

[50:42] protection God keeps his

[50:47] promises he always does turn your Bibles

[50:50] to James chapter number

[50:53] four James chapter number four this

[51:15] submit yourselves therefore to God

[53:05] church no we came to church for him

[53:09] nobody else in the room we came for him

[53:11] Came To Worship Him it's all about him

[53:14] he must increase and I must decrease

[53:16] John 3:30 says it's about

[53:20] him God's got a

[53:24] plan so God's got a plan for every area

[53:35] life God has a plan for you to get out

[53:41] Temptation trust his

[53:43] plan God has a plan for your

[53:47] finances trust God's

[53:49] plan God has a plan for your service for

[53:53] him trust him

[53:56] God's got a plan for how to be the

[53:58] husband or wife you're supposed to be

[54:01] God's Got A Plan follow his plan God's

[54:04] got a plan for every parent in the room

[54:06] on how to parent their children follow

[54:08] God's

[54:09] plan God's got a plan for everybody in

[54:12] the room just follow

[54:19] him what happens way too

[54:24] often is we think we can do it

[54:29] better than he

[54:33] can we arrive at a time in our lives

[54:38] where we

[54:40] think I've got

[54:46] this and God says no you don't and I say

[54:53] yes I do and God says no you don't and

[54:59] you say yes I can and God says without

[55:03] me you can do

[55:08] nothing so you live a

[55:12] life of self

[55:15] motivation self

[55:19] satisfaction self reigning self ruling

[55:25] when it should be God who does it

[55:31] all God's plan for your life is coupled

[55:36] with God's presence in your

[55:39] life if you're not near his

[55:44] presence then you will struggle in the

[55:49] path if you're not near the presence of

[55:52] God you'll struggle in the path

[55:56] and you know what will

[55:59] happen you'll get your

[56:01] eyes off the presence of God in your

[56:04] life and your eyes will be out on

[56:09] others and

[56:11] others and

[56:14] ourselves will always let us

[56:19] down others and ourselves will always

[56:23] let us down but he will not never fail

[56:29] you your own strength is not enough your

[56:32] own knowledge is not enough your own

[56:35] willpower to get out of Temptation is

[56:37] not enough you need

[56:43] him my spirit can be willing but my

[56:46] flesh is extremely

[56:48] weak and so is

[56:51] yours you say I desire to do right I

[56:54] desire to do right but if you don't

[56:56] don't submit yourself to God and take

[57:00] your wants and desires and say God

[57:03] here take my wants and desires and give

[57:07] me your desires and wants for

[57:12] me that's a surrender and a submission

[57:17] that ought to be in every believer's

[57:22] life why are you unhappy in church

[57:25] because you have unmet rights and unmet

[57:29] expectations and it's usually not others

[57:33] it's your response to others that brings

[57:36] about your anger and

[57:38] frustration but those people they no no

[57:41] no no no no no no

[57:43] no but those people they no no

[57:48] no it's our response to what they did is

[57:52] what has an effect on us

[57:56] we give way too many people

[58:00] license to discourage and distract us

[58:04] from what God intended us to be and to

[58:08] live how does that happen we get our

[58:11] eyes on them and not on

[58:15] him and some of you are

[58:17] struggling some of you are struggling

[58:19] because you got eyes on people and not

[58:21] on God

[58:29] you're struggling because your eyes are

[58:31] not on him they're on

[58:33] them and it interferes with your

[58:36] everyday Walking with God and your

[58:39] function in your Christian life because

[58:41] you're constantly looking at them

[58:44] instead of keeping your eyes on

[58:49] him it's a struggle for many in the work

[58:54] environment it's a struggle

[58:58] but let me encourage you keep your eyes

[58:59] on

[59:00] him because if your eyes are on him

[59:03] he'll help you deal with

[59:05] them he will keep your eyes on him so

[59:10] you can deal with them keep your eyes on

[59:12] him so you can do the job that you need

[59:14] to do keep your eyes on the Lord the

[59:18] pillar of cloud this large cloud is

[59:21] before

[59:22] them the presence of God guid and

[59:26] directing them it'd be

[59:29] wonderful it'd be so much better in the

[59:32] Christian Life if all of us had a cloud

[59:35] above our head that represented the

[59:36] presence of

[59:40] God if God's presence was with you

[59:43] there'd be a little Cloud over your

[59:46] head and when the cloud move you move be

[59:50] so much easier wouldn't it but we walk

[59:53] by faith not by

[59:57] faith is the substance of things hoped

[59:59] for the evidence of Things Not Seen it's

[60:02] substantive but how do I get increase in

[60:05] my faith through the word faith cometh

[60:08] by hearing and hearing by the word of

[60:09] God faith increases the more I'm in the

[60:12] word faith increases the more my

[60:14] relationship with God grows Faith

[60:19] increases but

[60:21] fear comes

[60:23] in and it's easy just like Peter we

[60:27] mentioned it last week to get our eyes

[60:29] off the Lord and our eyes over here and

[60:31] our eyes over here and down we

[60:36] go and some of you are doing really good

[60:38] at

[60:41] functioning even though your eyes are on

[60:43] them instead of on him you're doing

[60:46] really good at functioning you're still

[60:48] showing up you're still doing things but

[60:51] listen if your eyes are on to them and

[60:53] not onto him you're in trouble you're

[60:55] sinking

[60:56] quickly into discouragement and to

[60:59] Despair and God had never intended you

[61:01] to live

[61:03] there Bible says he came to give us life

[61:05] and life more

[61:10] abundantly I cannot function as a pastor

[61:15] with my eyes on them got to keep my eyes

[61:18] on him you can't function as a Christian

[61:20] with your eyes onto them you got to keep

[61:22] your eyes on

[61:24] him why do you keep given into

[61:26] temptation because your eyes are on that

[61:28] and not on

[61:31] him God already put an exit sign for you

[61:34] to get out the door of

[61:36] temptation but you're ignoring the

[61:40] exit can you

[61:44] imagine the service ends and brother
