[0:21] because they don't have a framework that
[0:23] helps them make decisions about where
[0:26] things should go they have to remember a
[0:28] complex set of rules or redo decisions

[0:33] to create a workflow that you can follow
[0:35] every single time you create a new note
[0:39] or save a new document that workflow
[0:41] follows the four letters of paraph your
[0:44] projects areas resources and archives

[0:54] committed to that requires multiple work
[0:56] sessions to complete projects have two
[0:58] important features first they have an
[1:00] outcome a goal that you're trying to
[1:02] reach and second projects end they have
[1:05] a deadline or a time frame you want to
[1:07] complete them by the key thing to notice
[1:09] about projects is that they're important
[1:11] they're actionable right now they're
[1:14] action oriented and short term in Focus
[1:17] some examples writing a new blog post
[1:19] reorganizing a part of your house potty
[1:21] training a dog planning a vacation trip

[1:26] different kinds of information notes and
[1:29] research plans schedules and you'll need
