[0:58] controversial figures in the Afghanistan

[1:00] war is back in the United States. John

[1:03] Walker arrived at Dallasos airport this

[1:06] evening in an Air Force transport plane.

[1:09] He was captured, as you know, with the

[1:11] Taliban. We wonder if he has any idea

[1:13] how much news he has generated here at

[1:15] home. He will appear in court tomorrow

[1:18] on charges that he conspired to kill

[1:20] Americans. The government has assigned

[1:22] one of its most able prosecutors to his

[1:24] case and would like to send the

[1:25] 20-year-old from California to prison

[1:28] for a very long time. It is a case which

[1:30] has no precedent. ABC's Jackie Jud is
