[1:03] President Clinton today had some words
[1:05] for the two-star general who in uniform
[1:08] personally and disrespectfully scorched
[1:10] President Clinton. The words in effect
[1:13] hasta la vista, General.
[1:15] The President approved a pay cut, a
[1:16] serious reprimand and retirement for the
[1:18] General. But even this White House
[1:21] decision did not come easy as National
[1:23] Security Correspondent David Martin
[1:25] explains.
