[0:17] of business, of course, is to explain
[0:19] how to turn around what some are calling
[0:21] the shakiest start of a new
[0:22] administration in modern times. And we
[0:24] are going to be meeting him in this half
[0:26] hour. Spencer's got all kinds of
[0:27] weather. It's everything going on here.
[0:29] >> You're right about that, Joan. Lots of
[0:31] rain, heavy thunderstorms in fact
[0:32] produced flooding rains. Extensive
[0:34] flooding in Chicago yesterday as the
[0:36] windy city became the rainy city. Four
[0:38] to six inches of rainfall during the
[0:39] morning hours. Will scenes like this

[0:53] immigration from China. and it's been
[0:54] brought to light once again in the
[0:55] aftermath of that tragic grounding of a
[0:57] shipload of Chinese refugees in New York
[1:00] over the weekend. But we'll find out why
[1:01] current policy really encourages the
[1:04] stream of illegal immigrants from China.
