[0:00] On World News Tonight this Friday,
[0:01] President Clinton's final report on the
[0:03] economy. He says things are going well.
[0:06] The incoming leader
[0:08] disagrees. Unprecedented security for
[0:11] the inauguration. Does the Secret
[0:13] Service really have to worry about mobs
[0:16] and rocket
[0:17] launchers? No technology without
[0:19] electricity. When the infrastructure
[0:21] fails, what happens to the economy? And
[0:25] Yellowstone in winter.
[0:28] The time and the place for the waterfall

[1:12] on a sound foundation with a bright
[1:14] future. Instead, he took one more bow
[1:17] for presiding over a record economic
[1:19] boom and urged his successor not to
[1:22] abandon the centerpiece of Clinton
[1:24] policy, paying down the debt. But I
[1:26] would hope that the combined total of
[1:28] the tax cut and the spending plans would
[1:30] not be so large as to call our
[1:32] commitment to fiscal discipline into
[1:34] question. In an interview, Mr. Bush
[1:36] sounded unlikely to follow that advice.
[1:38] What I won't consider, he told th
