[0:02] the experts about that surge and how we
[0:04] are going to see the water coming up
[0:05] over the seaw wall in certain places.
[0:07] Well, we're almost seeing it already and
[0:08] it's only uh 6:30. I mean uh you might
[0:11] say that the estimates were somewhat
[0:12] conservative. We were told that uh
[0:14] around midnight tonight the water would
[0:17] first start coming over these uh seaw
[0:18] walls. We are uh what a good uh a good
[0:22] five to 6 hours away from that. And uh
[0:25] it looks to me like it's going to happen
[0:26] a whole lot sooner. If you look over my
[0:28] shoulder over there, you see some of the
[0:29] spoiled islands in uh Biscane Bay. Those
[0:31] are the famous islands that Cristo
[0:33] wrapped in pink so beautifully. Those
[0:35] are going to be wrapped in water pretty
[0:37] soon. And you can see the seaw wall over
[0:39] there on the left. That's uh North Bay
[0:40] Village, this small island where we're
[0:42] located here in the middle of uh the
[0:43] North Bay of Biscane Bay. And you can
[0:46] already see that the water is only about
[0:48] a foot from the top of the seaw wall.
[0:50] Now, there is no way on God's green
[0:52] earth that uh that that water is not
[0:55] going to be on that green lawn next to
[0:58] that building on the first floor of that
[1:00] apartment unit. No way. I mean, it's
[1:02] absolutely impossible. I mean, unless
[1:03] something incredibly severe happens to
[1:05] the storm, you can already get the sense
[1:07] out here that these seas, this Biscane
[1:09] Bay is preparing itself to actually come
[1:12] over the shores. And that's what we've
[1:14] been talking about all along. Now, up
[1:16] here in the North Bay, we're told, at
[1:18] least historically, that
