[0:10] 1 verse 3-5. Or you can follow the

[0:17] according as his divine power hath given
[0:19] unto us all things that pertain unto
[0:22] life and godliness through the knowledge
[0:24] of him that hath called us to glory and
[0:27] virtue whereby are given unto us
[0:30] exceeding great and precious promises
[0:33] that by these you might be partakers of

[0:41] lust and beside this giving all
[0:44] diligence and to your faith virtue and

[1:02] knowledge and for a title finding your
[1:05] identity in God. Amen. So, I want to
[1:09] draw your attention to this because the
[1:12] Bible says add to your faith virtue. and
[1:16] to virtue knowledge. So three things,
[1:18] faith, virtue, knowledge. We've hit the
[1:20] third, right? And I want to start off
[1:23] with this statement. Isn't it amazing
[1:26] that knowledge comes third,
[1:29] right? Because modern people always make
[1:32] knowledge come first.
[1:34] >> Everyone puts the emphasis on knowledge.
[1:37] >> And it's like we we try to match each
[1:40] other by our knowledge, by who knows
[1:42] more. And uh we even measure one
[1:45] another's worth in the world by who
[1:47] knows more than someone else. And uh we
[1:50] become so
[1:52] um like um uh complicated in the way we
[1:56] speak in in
