[0:00] judges are not speaking. That is not the

[0:01] way to decide elections.

[0:03] >> Well, George Lemieux in Florida, which

[0:05] certainly had its election problems

[0:07] going back at least to 2000. And

[0:10] Governor Chris, with whom you worked

[0:12] with, has taken a lead in saying uh a

[0:16] version of whoo, we're not going to get

[0:18] carried away with all this technology.

[0:20] We're going to go back to basics. Uh has

[0:24] it or has it not occurred to you today

[0:25] and seeing these long lines where some

[0:27] people stood in line eight or nine hours

[0:56] has really tried to get us back to a

[0:58] place where there is a paper record,

[1:00] where there would not be doubt about

[1:01] voting. He extended the uh, voting

[1:04] hours, which was some folks in the

[1:06] Republican party weren't very happy

[1:07] about, but he thought he had an

[1:09] obligation as governor to serve the

[1:10] citizens and to extend the voting hours,

[1:12] which based upon this kind of record

[1:14] possible record turnout we've had, I

[1:16] think was a very good idea. But we need

[1:18] to do everything we can to encourage

[1:20] people to vote and accommodate them when

[1:21] they do vote and make sure that we
