[0:01] I am.
[0:01] >> We're going to show you some of the
[0:02] amazing stories of survival.
[0:04] >> And that's why for this storm and the
[0:06] next, the people at MSNBC will do
[0:09] whatever it takes. Go wherever the story
[0:11] takes them so you can be there, too.
[0:15] MSNBC.
[0:23] Good evening. I'm Joe Scarva. You're
[0:25] watching MSNBC's continuing coverage of
[0:27] Hurricane Rita. You're looking right now
[0:30] a map of Rita. What an ugly orange and
[0:34] dark red mass as it's heading towards
[0:36] the Texas Louisiana border. Actually

[1:17] bring in a pro here to talk about it and
[1:19] talk to NBC's weather plus Bill Karens.
[1:22] He's got the very latest on Hurricane
[1:23] Rita at this hour. Bill, give us the
[1:25] latest update. Well, Joe, you have to
[1:27] give yourself a pat on the back, too,
[1:28] because you've been saying for the last
[1:29] three days that these things tend to
[1:31] turn to the right when they go through
[1:32] the Gulf. You're being the expert living
[1:33] down there. And now, for the first time,
[1:35] the hurricane cente
