[0:36] that just pulled straight out of the
[0:39] ground here a lot of construction as we
[0:42] have been talking about
[0:43] here uh they locked this construction
[0:46] equipment down as best as they can and
[0:49] fortunately uh we haven't seen any parts
[0:52] of those scaffoldings any parts of the
[0:54] equipment moving over here on my left
[0:56] another sky crane I don't know Harland
[0:58] if you can uh p all the way around it's
[1:01] of course a little tight
[1:03] here we have two right here and you can
[1:06] see this one here on the right doing
[1:08] that uh wind veining the uh the top has
[1:11] been cut loose and allowed to rotate
[1:13] whichever way it can so that is the
[1:16] direction the wind is coming the same
[1:18] one uh facing the same way a lot of
[1:21] people skeptical that that was going to
[1:24] work thinking there would be extreme
[1:25] danger but I have to tell you we've been
[1:27] pretty impressed at how stable those
[1:29] structures have been so
[1:31] far we're continuing to go down Las
[1:33] Solas right here major tree
[1:37] damage in front of these restaurants and
[1:40] businesses you know as you know Betty
[1:42] and Lori and Calvin so Eerie to see this
[1:45] busy part of our city
