[0:02] Now, I have some plans later, so you'll
[0:05] be on your own. And do you mind having
[0:07] dinner alone tonight?
[0:10] >> After that, we can all see the show
[0:12] together
[0:12] >> on a magical Disney.
[0:13] >> Hey, aren't you glad I thought of this?
[0:15] >> Call and discover uncharted magic.
[0:18] >> How far would you go to protect me?
[0:23] We're really building a long-term
[0:25] franchise [music] here and my philosophy
[0:26] is that if we do right by our community
[0:28] members, um, Wall Street will ultimately
[0:30] do right by the eBay shareholders.
[0:32] >> Me Whitman says she is doing just fine,
[0:34] thank you. That despite losing 50
[0:36] million bucks or so on paper this week,

[0:54] storming back to all-time highs
[0:55] apparently without the help of the
[0:57] online auction house. So, if you are an
[0:59] investor, which do you believe, eBay's
[1:01] costs, which are real, or the rest of
[1:03] the sector's incredible market gains,
[1:05] which are looking unreal, John?
[1:07] >> Well, I think that we're in this going
[1:10] to enter this whittling out phase. Not
[1:12] that eBay is a company necessarily to be
[1:14] whittleled out, although you have to
[1:15] question valuations where
[1:17] >> you have to question valuations about a
[1:19] lot of internet stocks.
[1:20] >> Exactly. Where were the real winners
[1:22] will emerge and they may not yet be
[1:24] here. They may be the brick and mortar
[1:25] compa
