[0:00] If you're not using cloth code this
[0:02] year, no matter what your role is,
[0:03] you're probably underperforming compared
[0:05] to others on the company. PMs often
[0:06] pride themselves on like the spec, the
[0:07] perfect spec. They have to understand
[0:09] that it's actually AI that's reading the
[0:10] spec now versus engineers. 50% of Ramp's
[0:13] code is built by AI. That's 50% up from
[0:16] 30% in December. It'll probably be 80%
[0:18] by March. And this is not just like a
[0:20] front-end prototype, right? This is the
[0:22] real product, back-end, front-end, and I
[0:24] have a PR and I can just submit it to
[0:25] the engineering team. PMs are shipping
[0:27] tons using the spec. And so are
[0:29] designers, so are operators, so are like
[0:31] the account managers and sales people
[0:32] are also getting activated. My job is to
[0:34] automate my job. And our all our jobs is
[0:36] to automate our jobs.
[0:40] >> All right, everyone. My guest today is
[0:41] Jeff, CPO of Ramp. And Ramp is one of
[0:44] the fastest growing companies ever and
[0:46] probably the most AI-native company that
[0:48] I know outside of the big labs. So, last
[0:51] year Jeff and team shipped over 500
[0:53] features and hit over a billion dollars
[0:55] in revenue, all with around 25 PMs. So,
[0:58] yeah, really excited to talk to Jeff
[1:00] today and welcome, Jeff.
[1:03] >> Super excited to be here. Thanks for
[1:04] having me, Peter.
[1:05] >> Awesome, man. So,
[1:06] you know, I've worked at a lot of big
[1:08] tech companies, but like can you give us
[1:10] a quick overview of how Ramp ships
[1:11] features like from idea to launch?
[1:14] >> Yeah, I'll I'll skip I'll skip the
[1:15] basics and and just jump into the fact
[1:17] that
[1:19] it's a crazy t
