[0:07] just from the urgency of watching what's
[0:10] going on back and forth in front of us
[0:12] uh clearly the injuries are severe of
[0:16] the emotions here are raw as people just
[0:18] don't know and at this point it's not an
[0:21] overstatement to say uh that they are
[0:23] absolutely desperate to find out some
[0:25] information but that just gives you a
[0:27] sense of the enormity of this situation
[0:29] the police from multiple jurisdictions
[0:31] are having to deal with so uh you know
[0:33] steuart at this point uh as we're
[0:36] standing here outside the emergency room
[0:37] and you're listening to this raw emotion
[0:40] with these folks not knowing this is
[0:42] tough it's tough to see and tough to
[0:45] witness especially because we see at
[0:46] least four different um gurns that are
[0:49] still waiting so that means that more
[0:51] patients could potentially be coming uh
[0:53] to this location very soon you you got
[0:55] the ambulances that are lined up uh at
[0:57] this area as well and we're still seeing
[0:59] that huge amount of vehicles that are
[1:01] rushing that direction uh OPD vehicles
[1:03] or Orange County vehicles that are
[1:04] rushing that direction pickup truck wise
[1:06] and and potentially going to bring more
[1:08] and more people back so I mean here's
[1:10] another ambulance that's just exiting
[1:11] from this area I'm not sure if it's
[1:13] involved even with that because the
[1:14] hospital still has to do its regular
[1:15] operations at emergencies as well but as
[1:17] you mentioned the rawing motion of the
[1:19] people that have been witnessing
