[0:38] we started to see wire service reports
[0:40] clearing that Taliban soldiers were in
[0:42] full retreat from Kbble. And if true,
[0:44] what started out last Friday as a
[0:46] northern alliance breakthrough in the
[0:48] north looks bigger and more important
[0:50] now. Our correspondents are working hard
[0:52] on the overseas story. And here we are
[0:55] dealing with the tragedy that has
[0:57] dominated the city's day yet again.
[1:00] Rockaway, Queens, where flight 587 bound
[1:03] for the Dominican crashed minutes after
[1:05] leaving JFK, a community where more than
[1:08] 100 kids lost a parent on the 11th of
[1:11] September. And now this. 6 to nine are
