[0:00] you
[0:02] trade barriers set up. We now join CNN
[0:04] in progress. The 471page report
[0:07] yesterday. The 15 member European Union
[0:10] accounted for the second highest number
[0:11] of complaints, followed by China. 50
[0:14] other nations were also cited for
[0:16] placing trade barriers against American
[0:18] companies. The administration will
[0:20] decide whether to pursue any of the
[0:21] complaints next month.
[0:23] Investigating former President Bill
[0:25] Clinton has cost taxpayers close to $60
[0:28] million, and there's still months of
[0:30] wrap-up work left. According to the
[0:32] General Accounting Office, independent
[0:34] council Robert Ray and his predecessor

[0:52] Washington Post reports five independent
[0:55] councils have spent more than $110
[0:57] million checking on the
[1:00] administration. Tests on two North
[1:02] Carolina pigs have come back negative
[1:04] for foot and mouth disease. Other
[1:06] animals in the state are also being
[1:08] tested. Foot and mouth is harmless to
[1:10] humans, but spreads quickly and can be
[1:13] crippling to the meat industry. So far,
[1:16] Britain has been hardest hit. Its
[1:18] government is putting off a decision on
[1:19] vaccinating dairy cattle against the
[1:21] disease. Right now, livestock in areas
[1:23] where the outbreaks have been found will
[1:25] continue to be slaughtered. The United
[1:27] States hasn't had a confirmed case
