[0:00] from uh from London. We're looking at a
[0:03] uh
[0:04] >> top the briefing room uh door at the
[0:07] White House. That's President Bush.
[0:09] You're looking at a live picture this
[0:10] morning. See if we can hear this
[0:12] conversation.
[0:14] >> All right. Good morning. Thanks for
[0:15] stopping in. Harry, you with me here?
[0:18] >> That's uh Wyatt Andrews, I think, who
[0:20] was uh uh chatting with with the
[0:23] president.
[0:23] >> Seems to be a private conversation
[0:25] there. Good morning, Wyatt.
[0:26] >> Good morning, Paul. Good morning, Harry.
[0:28] uh as we stood here on on standby
[0:30] waiting for you to to come here. The
[0:32] president himself popped into the
[0:34] briefing room uh he said that he had
[0:37] just been in the Oval Office and was
[0:38] just stopping by here to see how things
[0:40] were going. He said that from his point
[0:42] of view uh things were going well. He
[0:45] says that he has been watching
[0:46] television and he says things are going
[0:48] exactly as you all have been reporting.
[0:51] And by that I took that to mean that uh
[0:53] that militarily the operations have been
[0:55] going well and also that he has been uh
[0:58] in the mansion throughout most of the
[0:59] night receiving updates. He said that uh
[1:02] this is not unusual for him to be up at
[1:04] this time but that he just decided to
[1:05] come over here to the west wing and that
[1:08] he is expecting a meeting of his top
[1:10] adviserss here at the White House within
[1:12] the next couple of hours. Uh otherwise,
[1:15] Paula and Harry, we expect uh the look
[1:17] of the White House to to be as normal as
[1:20] possible today, despite the fact, of
[1:21] course, that that it's anything but. Uh
[1:23] it's also obvious that
