[0:04] So,
[0:06] just having a talk with a friend about
[0:07] shadow work, and a few things came up
[0:09] that I thought to
[0:11] just kind of put out there.
[0:13] Uh these aren't not things I've never
[0:15] said before. I've said these before in
[0:16] various ways, but just a few pointers, a
[0:18] few
[0:20] um
[0:21] I think
[0:22] um
[0:25] contextual things to know about shadow
[0:27] work and so forth.
[0:28] Um and number one, as you know, from my
[0:31] perspective, shadow work is just part of
[0:33] the realization process. It's not a
[0:34] choice like, "Oh, should I do it or
[0:36] should I not?" or "I just want the I
[0:38] just want the awakening part. I just
[0:40] want the non-duality part. I don't want
[0:41] the shadow work part." That's like
[0:43] saying, "I want a front without a back."
[0:45] It just doesn't It doesn't exist that
[0:46] way.
[0:47] Um what can happen is you can have a
[0:49] shift. You can have an an initial
[0:50] awakening, or you could have some some
[0:52] clarity without an awakening, and then
[0:54] really fight the idea of doing shadow
[0:56] work, and you can intellectualize
[0:57] spirituality. And I think many people do
[0:59] that. Uh you won't have much of a
[1:02] um depth to your to your insight in the
[1:04] ex- experientially. And I mean that
[1:06] pretty pretty literally, because if
[1:08] there is depth to your insight, that is
[1:10] required What's required for that is is
[1:13] boundless clarity, and boundless clarity
[1:15] will
[1:16] be boundless both externally and
[1:18] internally. And when there's
[1:19] boundlessness internally, shadow
[1:20] material c
