[0:54] Peter Jennings died last night. It was
[0:56] the lung cancer that was discovered too
[0:59] late to treat. Peter was 67 and had been
[1:01] the anchor of ABC's evening news program
[1:05] since 1983.
[1:07] His family said tonight he died in peace
[1:10] after living a good life. We'll look
[1:12] back at his life tonight and we begin
[1:15] with Jill Maxelrod.
