[0:14] Welcome back everyone. Updating our top
[0:16] story tonight. Troops are again on the
[0:19] move in the West Bank. This time they're
[0:21] said to be on their way out of two major
[0:24] cities in the West Bank, Nabilis and
[0:25] Ramala. The extent of the pull out will
[0:27] not be evident until daylight. However,
[0:30] Israeli military officials say it could
[0:31] take days for them to leave parts of
[0:33] Raala. There is one area that they are
[0:35] not leaving, Yaser Arafat's compound.
[0:38] The withdrawal from Nabis, however,
[0:39] could take only a day. Now, the Israelis

[1:05] to put a dent in the local terrorist
[1:08] network. The Israelis call Nablos a
[1:11] terrorist super center. For instance,
[1:13] they took out this soap factory because
[1:14] they said it was used to build
[1:16] explosives. But the trouble with this
[1:18] overarching war on terrorism is that
[1:21] everyone is a suspect. No one is immune,
[1:24] sometimes with devastating consequences.
[1:27] This is the story of Sirin and Nasa
[1:30] Ishtay and their 5-day old baby girl, DA
[1:34] in the village of Salam, three miles
[1:36] from Nablo. Born at home because of the
[1:39] difficulty getting through Israeli army
[1:41] roadblocks, DA dev
