[0:00] A participant in our second brain

[0:02] enterprise program told me this recently

[0:04] that they've spent $50,000 on AI tools

[0:08] and it's only made their business worse.

[0:11] That made me realize most businesses out

[0:14] there are approaching AI completely

[0:16] backwards. And that's why I've brought

[0:19] in Hayden and Dale into the studio

[0:21] today. See, while everyone else is

[0:24] trying or experimenting or considering

[0:26] or studying the different AI tools,

[0:29] they've developed something much more

[0:31] practical and something very different.

[0:33] A readiness assessment. This assessment

[0:36] predicts AI success before you even

[0:39] start. You'll discover why adopting AI

[0:42] before answering this set of critical

[0:45] questions is practically a guarantee of

[0:53] that we offer for business owners and

[0:56] leaders, which is called Second Brain

[1:04] get your take on how you would ask this,

[1:06] how you would answer it, what are some

[1:07] of the things you take into account is

[1:10] simply, what do you want AI to achieve

[1:12] in your business? you the way I I would

[1:15] phrase that question is what are you

[1:16] optimizing for as a business and and

[1:19] also what what is your business's

[1:21] bottleneck right now? Those are those

[1:24] are probably what are the constraints

[1:25] that are stopping you from getting to

[1:26] what you're optimizing for. Some people

[1:28] are optimizing for um the business to

[1:31] run without them, right? Or to avoid

[1:34] doing
