[0:01] follow that in my opinion is almost
[0:05] guaranteed to help you build a great
[0:07] product for developers and it's not
[0:09] rocket science it's actually very simple
[0:12] which is talk to them build
[0:14] relationships with developers get out
[0:16] there and hear what's working well
[0:18] what's not working well really listen to
[0:21] their feedback ask five wise go five
[0:24] layers deep of asking questions to hear
[0:26] about what's working and what's not
[0:27] working well then critically
[0:30] go back and fix the things that they're
[0:32] frustrated with as fast as possible and

[0:38] tell them while you have you can have a
[0:41] great strategy about how to build the
[0:43] next billion doll developer product the
[0:45] battle is one in the trenches of every

[0:58] about how it worked it could be one you
[1:01] know small ux issue with one of the
[1:03] inputs and where the button was placed
[1:05] that tripped up one developer because
[1:07] for every one person you talk to every
[1:09] one customer every 10 customers you're
[1:12] going to get to a point where there's
[1:13] 100 more who don't say anything all
[1:15] right Le welcome it's great to have you
[1:17] here thank you for having me yeah so
[1:19] you've written a lot of really amazing
[1:21] articles about great developer
[1:23] experience great developed marketing so
[1:26] why don't we just start with this like
[1:28] let's kind of put ourselves in the
