[0:10] certainly over time leaned into it like
[0:12] sometime we made it like really wrinkly
[0:14] sometimes we made it like melty is what
[0:16] we called it the face is melting the
[0:18] last one we did is like we made his face
[0:20] like look like he got sick like he had
[0:23] like boogers coming out of his nose and
[0:25] one thing we I would say we take pride
[0:27] in we use the term unhinged as a very
[0:29] posit POS thing like when someone says
[0:31] oh that change is unhinged at dueling
[0:34] that means you've done a good job like
[0:36] you've really unhinged this change like
[0:37] our app icon is one when Duo does
[0:40] something really weird in our app like
[0:41] we're like yeah cool that's really
[0:43] unhinged and when I talk to other
[0:44] companies I say yeah like one of our
[0:46] product philosophies is making things
[0:47] unhinged uh people are like is that a
[0:49] good thing like do you want to make the
[0:51] product unhinged but I think that's in
[0:54] way our philosophy I think it it really
[0:56] builds character When You're Building
[0:58] Product by kind of breaking these
