[1:01] you since you are getting power surges

[1:03] to turn off your circuit breakers to any

[1:06] Machinery like your television like your

[1:10] um uh refrigerator like your air

[1:12] conditioner cuz that's where you could

[1:13] do the damage so by power surges you

[1:15] mean the lights are blinking blinking or

[1:17] there'll be half uh light and then

[1:20] they'll be back up to normal uh that's
