[0:00] one would take uh opportunities that

[0:03] that present themselves and and

[0:05] certainly there's no war a war plan is

[0:08] something that is is uh is a plan that's

[0:11] developed before things start and the

[0:14] minute things start one has to U take

[0:18] account of the realities that you find

[0:20] in the world and and that's that is what

[0:22] was done last evening that is what will

[0:24] be done today and tomorrow and the next

[0:26] day and to not do that would be a

[0:28] terrible mistake having Intel AG IES and

[0:31] uh armed forces that are flexible is key

[0:34] to Victory and

[1:08] officer uh or even a special Republican

[1:10] guard official uh or even people closer

[1:14] to Saddam Hussein what they have to be

[1:18] seeing uh is is a good deal of evidence

[1:22] that the Iraqi people want to be

[1:24] liberated we we see a great deal of

[1:27] evidence of that it's a it's a natural

[1:30] human tendency for people that have been

[1:32] brutally

[1:33] repressed it it it manifests itself in a

[1:36] in a host of ways uh we see evidence of

[1:40] um military personnel some have already

[1:43] uh surrendered in Kuwait uh we have are

[1:46] in communication with still more um

[1:49] people who are uh officials of the

[1:53] military at various

[1:54] levels uh the regular a
