[0:00] Arthur Walk, who are they talking to,

[0:03] those pilots? Well,

[0:05] >> first I'm sure they they've already

[0:06] talked to their their folks in

[0:08] maintenance to see if there was anything

[0:09] they could do to address the situation.

[0:12] Uh they're probably talking to somebody

[0:14] in flight operations to see if there's

[0:16] anything that uh as the flight crew

[0:19] might be suggested to them in terms of

[0:21] the procedures they might use. Although

[0:24] uh I'm sure Captain Davis would uh

[0:26] confirm that you're trained to do what

[0:28] you're trained to do. You use the

[0:30] emergency checklist in the airplane. You

[0:31] go through it as many times as you need

[0:33] to do to give yourself confidence that

[0:35] you've done everything you can do. And

[0:37] then you do the best job possible. And

[0:39] that's why they call the guy in the

[0:41] front left seat captain. And that's

[0:42] because he is well trained, wellkilled,

[0:46] and disciplined. So he can do this job

[0:49] the way uh the checklist says he should

[0:51] do it. Um, fate is um is of course an

[0:54] issue, but uh skill and training is

[0:58] takes an awful lot of the chance out of

[0:59] this. And I am I really do want to

[1:02] re-emphasize this is not a crash. This

[1:04] is an emergency landing. And uh I

[1:07] wouldn't want to frighten anybody into

[1:08] thinking either the loved ones or those

[1:10] on board into thinking that this should

[1:12] be anything other than a successful

[1:14] outcome.

[1:14] >> Sam Champion, you wanted to add

[1:16] something?

[1:16] >> Yeah, Lori. I mean, these things are

[1:17] about as tall as a person, these wheels

[1:19] in the front of the plane, right? So,

[1:21] how does it get, Captain? How does it

[1:22] get turned i
