[0:00] is coming up next. Thanks for joining me

[0:02] here tonight. I'll see you at 2 o'clock

[0:04] on [music] Monday on Fox News Live. Have

[0:06] a good weekend.

[0:10] >> The O'Reilly Factor is on tonight.

[0:14] Two young people are dead, killed by a

[0:16] repeat drunk driver who should have been

[0:18] in jail, but Ohio Judge John Connor let

[0:22] him out.

[0:26] Angry teachers protest. ABC Newsman John

[0:29] Staceil will tell you why.

[0:31] >> This is probably one of the worst uh

[0:33] rapes I've ever seen in my 35 years

[0:35] experience.

[0:36] >> And Haraldo on violent gangs committing

[0:39] revenge rape.

[0:42] Caution. You are about to enter a no

[0:45] spin zone. The factor begins right now.

[0:54] >> [music]

[0:57] >> Hi, I'm Bill O'Reilly. Thank you for

[0:58] watching us tonight. So, what are we

[1:00] going to do about Ohio Judge John

[1:02] Connor? That is the subject of this

[1:03] evening's Talking Points Memo. In just a

[1:06] few moments, we'll hear from the parents

[1:08] of two young people killed by a repeat

[1:10] drunk driver who Judge Connor would not

[1:14] incarcerate. This is the same Connor

[1:16] whom we confronted over the weekend

[1:19] after he sentenced a child rapist to

[1:21] probation.

[1:22] No prison time at all. The rapist,

[1:25] Andrew Selva, admitted to abusing two

[1:27] boys in the worst possible way, ages 5

[1:30] and 12 repeatedly over 3 years. And

[1:32] Connor lets him walk. Why? Well, here's

[1:36] what Connor said. Quote, "He's got a

[1:38] disease like I've got a disease. I don't

[1:41] know that prison would have helped

[1:42] except for revenge. and revenge is not

[1:44] in the sentencing guidelines. Connor

[1:47] might be referring to his own alcohol

[1:49] problem. He's been convicted twice for

[1:50] DUI
