[1:19] trying to find out what that trick is
[1:22] you know the real reason the Democrats
[1:24] win elections uh is a perfectly simple
[1:28] reason
[1:30] because the Democratic party gives the
[1:32] American people the kind of government
[1:33] they want

[2:13] 100 years the president has been a
[2:16] member of leading the Republican or the
[2:18] Democratic party and it doesn't seem
[2:20] very likely in the immediate future that
[2:22] he's going to come from any other party
[2:24] these parties nominate their
[2:26] presidential candidates at national
[2:28] conventions we're going to see the
[2:30] highlights from one of these the two
[2:32] conventions look very much alike they
[2:34] elect their delegates in about the same
[2:36] manner they conduct their business in
[2:38] about the same manner and well quite
[2:40] truthfully a lot of the speeches sound
[2:42] very much alike delegates are selected
[2:46] from every part of every state in the
[2:48] United States as well as the American
[2:50] possessions there's something over 1200
[2:52] delegates at each of these conventions
