[0:05] American college students drinking
[0:07] themselves to death. The epidemic of
[0:09] binge drinking on campus claims another
[0:12] young life. A bright and promising
[0:14] freshman at MIT. The spreading plague of
[0:17] deformed frogs. This is serious and
[0:21] there are new clues to the cause and
[0:23] more worry of a possible risk to humans.
[0:26] And I on America one-on-one with the
[0:29] wife of accused Oklahoma City bomber
[0:31] Terry Nichols. Feel like, you know, I
[0:33] want to hug him but yet I want to kill
[0:35] him sometimes.

[0:38] >> This is the CBS Evening News
[0:42] with Dan Rather reporting [music] from
[0:44] CBS News headquarters in New York. Good

[1:06] overstatement. CBS News correspondent
[1:09] Randall Pinkston reports that the latest
[1:11] victim who died overnight was a freshman
[1:13] at MIT.
[1:15] One month after 18-year-old Scott
[1:17] Krueger began his college career, it was
[1:19] suddenly and tragically over. Here at a
[1:22] weekend fraternity party, Krueger
[1:24] reportedly drank the equivalent of 20
[1:26] beers, fell into a coma and died.
[1:29] At a campus renowned for its brain
[1:31] power, students were stunned. The
[1:34] fraternities have to really take a look
[1:35] at what they're trying to do here
[1:37] because the peer pressure is obviously
[1:38] tremendous
[1:39] and
[1:41] is it worth people
