[0:00] brushes

[0:00] >> pretty good exchange rate on the ATMs.

[0:02] >> You get an excellent exchange rate. You

[0:03] get what's called the interbank exchange

[0:05] rate and that's the rate that uh banks

[0:08] give each other on very large

[0:09] transactions. So it's going to be even

[0:11] better than what you get uh if you bring

[0:13] say an American Express traveler's

[0:15] checks to an American Express office.

[0:17] >> So in other words, you can operate

[0:19] pretty much like a lot of people do

[0:20] stateside at home. Just uh get out a

[0:23] little bit of cash at a time as much as

[0:51] local currency, you can really leave

[0:53] with what's in your wallet, your credit

[0:54] card and your ATM card. Now, we should

[0:57] clarify this is uh much more preferable

[0:59] than going to a bank in in another

[1:01] country and getting an advance on your

[1:03] credit card, right? You don't

[1:04] necessarily do so well on that exchange,

[1:06] do you?

[1:06] >> If if you get a cash advance on your

[1:08] credit card, it's going to be a lot more

[1:10] expensive. You're going to pay a higher

[1:12] transaction fee, say three to$5 as

[1:14] opposed to $2 or $3 per transaction at

[1:17] the
