[0:00] 10 mph. The due point is 45 and the

[0:03] pressure falling like a rock because we

[0:05] have that storm approaching. In fact,

[0:07] let's take a look at the big picture on

[0:09] the radar. It was dry most of the day.

[0:11] The rain moving in, it's going to be

[0:12] with us most of the night time here.

[0:14] Satellite picture tonight is a repeat of

[0:16] what we saw last night. Deep area of low

[0:17] pressure front moves by we get to 10:00

[0:20] this evening. Another area of low

[0:22] pressure well offshore so we don't get

[0:23] damaging winds. Do have a high wind

[0:25] warning for the coast. As this cold

[0:26] front approaches, the pressure gradient

[0:28] will tighten up. The winds will turn

[0:29] southerntherly, lots of warm air.

[0:31] Finally, as the front passes about 8:00

[0:34] a.m. here in Portland tomorrow morning,

[0:36] the rain will taper off. We'll go to

[0:37] scattered showers tomorrow afternoon.

[0:40] breaks tomorrow afternoon as well. So,

[0:42] our microcast shows it real well. The

[0:44] rain moving in quickly here in the next

[0:45] few hours. 6:00 a.m. raining pretty

[0:47] heavily. And then look at that around

[0:49] 11:00 a.m. the back edge of the preet

[0:51] moving through. Just scattered showers

[0:53] tomorrow evening, tomorrow night. Also

[0:55] scattered showers on Sunday morning. But

[0:58] after the early morning hours on Sunday,

[1:00] 10 a.m. our computer model here says it

[1:01] will be dry. So I think the second half

[1:03] of the weekend will be dry. The

[1:05] beginning of the weekend will be wet.

[1:07] The reason we're going to dry out, ridge

[1:08] of high pressure starts to build in. The

[1:10] jester moves to the north as we go into

[1:11] S
