[0:04] by the president. What I don't like is
[0:06] the negativism from the media. Maybe
[0:08] they should volunteer to go help cleanup
[0:10] instead of being so critical. And Hal in
[0:12] Conway, Arkansas, Bush and his minions
[0:15] have probably never been in the poor
[0:17] parts of any American city. It's the
[0:19] greatest failure of the American
[0:20] political system that those with the
[0:22] greatest needs are the least likely to
[0:24] get it. And a note about calling
[0:26] Congress back. Wolf, you remember they

[1:00] the next hour, beginning right now.
[1:02] Happening now, a desperate SOS from New
[1:05] Orleans, the mayor specifically. You're
[1:07] in the situation room where new pictures
[1:09] and information from the battered Gulf
[1:11] Coast are coming in all at once and very
[1:15] dramatically. It's just after 3 p.m. in
[1:17] New Orleans where thousands of people,
[1:19] tens of thousands of people want to get
[1:21] out right now. They want to get out of
[1:23] the cities, but they can't. The floo
