[0:00] The big thing everybody needs to
[0:01] remember about agents is that they are
[0:03] cron jobs and markdown files. [music]
[0:05] I'm probably shipping at least 10 PRs a
[0:07] day, sometimes a lot more. It's almost
[0:09] easier to onboard and train agents than
[0:11] to train humans. It's a million times
[0:13] easier. In startups we used to say just
[0:16] do the bare minimum to get the MVP out.
[0:18] Do not spend time on systems [music] or
[0:19] processes or documentation. That's
[0:22] literally reverse now. So now startup
[0:24] founder, you have to spend a lot of time
[0:26] to set up your documentation, your
[0:28] reference images, build all that into a
[0:30] cron job, the skill file, and then you
[0:32] suddenly are unlocked and you're doing
[0:34] the work of 10 people.
[0:38] So let's talk about Open Claw first. So
[0:40] I think both you and I have set up Open
[0:41] Claw. It's still a little bit janky, but
[0:43] I think you got to work with do a bunch
[0:45] of stuff. And you wrote this awesome
[0:47] article. Maybe we can use that as a
[0:48] framing of walking through your setup.
[0:50] So like Peter said, the truth is is that
[0:53] this stuff is still really hard to use,
[0:55] right? So that anyone who tells you that
[0:58] they're, you know, waving a wand and
[1:00] getting Open Claw, you know, to change
[1:02] their entire life and their entire
[1:03] business is not being truthful to you.
