[0:04] loud about like whatever is on my mind

[0:06] and then I'll transcribe that with

[0:07] whisper then I'll throw it into chat gbt

[0:09] and be like can you summarize what I

[0:10] said can you pull out anything

[0:11] interesting any ideas that you think are

[0:12] like particularly good and it's really

[0:14] really quite good at doing that and

[0:15] pulling at the little nuggets of like

[0:17] insight for me and then I'll have a big

[0:19] document full of notes I have no idea

[0:21] how to like turn this into anything cuz

[0:22] I've been thinking about this for so

[0:23] long and I'll often take that and throw

[0:25] it into chat to your CLA and be like hey

[0:26] can you please turn this into a outline

[0:28] and it's actually really really good at

[0:30] figuring out how to take the

[0:32] unstructured blob of notes that I gave

[0:34] it and then find the simple structure

[0:35] for me that helps me like get started

[0:37] it's really good for helping you

[0:38] understand what's not working about a

[0:39] piece you're writing with ch and CLA I

[0:41] can just sort of like throw it in there

[0:43] and be like hey you're an expert

[0:44] computer scientist can you like look

[0:45] through what I wrote and see if there

[0:46] are any problems with it it's not going

[0:48] to be perfect but it does fine stuff and

[0:50] it gives me a level of confidence where

[0:51] I'm like yeah I think this is pretty

[0:52] much right I think we can publish it and

[0:54] that just dramatically expands the

[0:55] number of things that I can actually

[0:57] write all right so today I have the
